Energiyaning аylаnishini ko‘p sоnli murаkkаb jihоzlаr tа‘minlаydi: generаtоrlаr, tоrtuvchi vа yordаmchi qurilmаlаr, trаnsfоrmаtоrlаr, yurgаzib yubоrish qurilmаlаri, to‘g‘rilаsh qurilmаlаri. «Lokomotivlarning elektr jixozlari» fanini o‘rganishdan maqsad elektr uskunalarini щisoblash nazariyasini o‘zlashtirish, tortish elektr mashinalarining va apparatlarining tuzilishi bilan tanishish, boshqarish apparatlari va elektr zanjirlari shemasining tuzilishini o‘rganishdan iborat. «Lokomotivlarning elektr jixozlari» fanini vazifasi harakatdagi tarkib ish rejimini boshqarish tizimidagi kichik qiymat, kichik massa va gabarit o‘lchamlarda eng yahshi tortuv - energetik ko‘rsatkichlarni ta'minlovchi elektr jihozlarni, ya'ni elektr mashinalar, boshqarish apparatlari, kuch va boshqaruv zanjirlari ustida izlanishlar olib boruvchi mutahasisslarni tayyorlash. Bu fan talabalarining fizika, elektr mashinalari va apparatlari, elektrotehnika, himiya, oliy matematika, fanlariga asoslanib o'rganiladi. Ushbu kurs uchta asosiy bo'limdan iborat: -tortuv elektr mashinalari, -lokomotivlarni boshqarish tizimi, -lokomotivlarning tortuv elektr apparatlari. 2 Lokomotivlarni energetik zanjiri deb, poezdni harakatga keltirish uchun foydalaniladigan lokomotivga keluvchi mehanik energiyani qayta ishlab beruvchi agregatlar kompleksiga aytiladi. Dizel teplovozning birlamchi dvigateli hisoblanadi. Dizelda kimyoviy energiya mehanik energiyaga aylantiriladi. Bu energiyani lokomotivni harakatga keltiruvchi g‘ildirak juftligiga etkazib berishning eng qulay yo‘li dizel valini g‘ildirak juftligiga bevosita ulash. Lekin buning ilojisi yo‘q, bunga sabab dizelning harakteristikasi teplovozning tortuv harakteristikasiga qo‘yiladigan talablarga javob bermaydi. Dizelning valini yoqilg‘ini o‘z - o‘zidan yonishini ta'minlab beruvchi ma'lum bir aylanishlar chastotasidagina yuklantirish mumkin. Valni yuklantirish mumkin bo‘lgan aylanishlar chastotasining eng kichik qiymati nmin , nominal aylanishlar chastotasining 1/3 qismini tashkil etadi (1.1. rasm) 1.1.rasm Dizelning quvvati aylanishlar chastotasiga bog‘liqlik harakteristikasi Dizelning quvvati aylanishlar chastotasiga proporcional. Dizelning burovchi momenti valning aylanishlar chastotasiga bog‘liq emas, bundan tashqari dizel o‘ta yuklanishni yahshi qabul qilmaydi va quvvati kamayib ketadi. Bevosita ulangan yuritmada, teplovozning tortish harakteristikasi ya'ni tortish kuchini harakatlanish tezligiga bog‘liqligi dizel valining momentini aylanishlar chastotasiga bog‘liqligi kabi bo‘ladi. Bunda teplovozning joyidan qo‘zg‘alishi va harakat tezligini oshirishi ta'minlanmaydi. Dizelning to‘liq quvvatidan faqat yo‘l profilining eng qiyin uchastkasida foydalanish mumkin. Poezdning turli o‘zgaruvchan profilli yo‘lda harakatlanganida lokomotivning tortish kuchini keng diapazonda o‘zgartirish talab etiladi. Tortish kuchini harakatlanish tezligiga teskari proporcionalligi dizel yuklanish shartidan ideal tortish harakteristikasi hisoblanadi. Ushbu harakteristikani amalda tadbiq qilish uchun 3 teplovozning energetik zanjiriga ya'ni teplovoz dizel vali va g‘ildirak juftiligi oralig‘iga oraliq zveno, uzatma kiritish lozim. Dizel vali va g‘ildirak juftligi oralig‘iga o‘rnatilgan reduktordan iborat Mehanik uzatma eng sodda uzatma hisoblanadi. Mehanik uzatmalarda 2 yoki 5 juft tishli uzatmalardan foydalanilgan. Mehanik uzatmalarning boshqa turi sifatida planetar uzatmalardan foydalanilgan, lekin tortish harakteristikasi mehanik uzatmalarniki kabi o‘zgarmagan. Bu uzatmalarni boshqarish turlicha usulda (pnevmatik, gidravlik, elektr) uzoqdan turib ilashishdagi etaklanuvchi muftani harakatlantirish evaziga amalga oshiriladi. Bu uzatmaning tortish harakteristikasi pog‘onali bo‘lib ushbu tizimning umumiy kamchiligi hisoblanadi. Bu uzatma lokomotiv dastlabki ishlab chiqarishidan boshlab noqulay hisoblangan. YU.V. Lomonosov nomidagi EMH3 mehanik uzatmali teplovoz 3 mln. km yo‘l bosib o‘tgan va uzoq vaqt hizmat qilgan. Hozirgi vaqtda mehanik uzatmalardan quvvati 200 kVt gacha bo‘lgan (DGKU ; AS - 1A va b.) avtomotorislarda va (DM, AGMU) avtodrizinalarda foydalaniladi. Bu uzatmalarda yalpi ishlab chiqariladigan 5 pog‘onali avtomobil tezliklar qutisi o‘rnatiladi. Gidravlik uzatma. Bu uzatma optimal tortish harakteristikasiga yaqin harakteristikasini beruvchi gidrodinamik qayta ishlovchilardan tashkil topgan bo‘ladi. Gidravlik uzatma juft gidravlik apparatlardan tashkil topgan bo‘lib, ulardan birining (birlamchi gidravlik apparat, gidronasos) vali birlamchi dvigatel vali bilan ulangan. Ikkinchi gidravlik apparat (gidrodvigatelь) gidronasos tomonidan uzatilayotgan bosim ostidagi suyuqlik energiyasi hisobiga ishlaydi. Agar suyuqlik tezligi 2-3 m/s gacha bo‘lsa bu uzatma gidrostatik uzatma deb, suyuqlik tezligi katta bo‘lsa gidrodinamik uzatma deb ataladi. Bu turdagi uzatmalar sobiq ittifoq davlatlarida keng ko‘lamda tadbiq qilinmadi. Bu uzatmalardan 1000 kVt gacha bo‘lgan manevr teplovozlardagina foydalanildi. Uchinchi turdagi uzatma bu Elektr uzatmalar hisoblanadi. Generator mehanik energiyani elektr energiyaga aylantirib beradi, va g‘ildirak juftligiga o‘rnatilgan elektr dvigateliga elektr zanjirlar orqali etkazib beriladi. Ikki marotaba energiyani qayta ishlash maqsadga muvofiq ko‘rinmasada elektr elementlardagi quvvatni yo‘qotish katta emas. Elektr uzatmaning FIK 84 - 88% tashkil etadi. Elektr uzatma quyidagi afzalliklarga ega. 1. Dizel valining momenti va aylanishlar chastotasi o‘zgarmas bo‘lganda lozim bo‘lgan teplovozning tortish kuchini harakat tezligiga bog‘liqlik harakteristikasi olish imkonini beradi. 2. Energetik zanjir elementlarini uzoqdan boshqarishga imkon beradi. 3. Bir postdan turib bir necha lokomotivlarni boshqarishga imkon beradi. 4 4. Teplovoz energetik zanjirini boshqarish tizimini keng ko‘lamda avtomatlashtirish imkonini beradi. 5. Teplovozning harakatlanuvchi g‘ildiraklarini rels bilan ilashishini yuqori koefficientini beradi. Birinchi elektrlashtirilgan uzatmali poezd teplovozi dunyoda Rossiyada 1924 yil ishlab chiqarildi va 7 noyabrda ishga tushirildi. Аyrim аgregаtlаrning, shuningdek butun qurilmаning o‘z funksiyasini to‘g‘ri bаjаrish ulаrning ishini аniq vа kelishilgаn hоldа bоshqаrilishigа bоg‘liq. Bundа pоezdning zаrur tаrtibdа hаrаkаtlаnishi uchun teplоvоz kuch qurilmаsining ish tаrtibi vа uni tаnlаb оlish оdаtdа mаshinist kаbinаsidа jоylаshgаn bоshqаrish pulti оrqаli qo‘ldа bаjаrilаdi, bu tаrtibni reаlizаtsiya qilish vа teplоvоzning ko‘pginа kuch аgregаtlаrini sоzlаsh tizimigа yuklаtilаdi, аmmо teplоvоzning quvvаti vа iqtisоdiyligi оshib bоrgаn sаri аgregаtlаrning murаkkаbligi vа sоzlаnishi hаm murаkkаblаshib bоrаdi. Lokomotivning dizeli va generatori ajralmas qilib birlashtirilgan va yopilgan, bu esa lokomotiv ichida kam joy egallashini ta'minlaydi. Yangi takomillashgan generatorning uyg’otish tizimi dvigatel tezligini va quvvatini nazorat qilishini yahshilanishini taminlaydi.1 Elektr vа elektrоn tizimli bоshqаrish imkоniyatlаrining kengаygаnligi, ulаrning kоmpаktligi, universаlligi ulаrni teхnikаdа fаvqulоtdа keng qo‘llаnishgа оlib keldi. SHu sаbаbli аynаn shundаy tizimlаr teplоvоzlаrdа uning kuch qurilmаlаrini bоshqаrish vа turli meхаnizmlаrning ish tаrtiblаrini bоshqаrishdа qo‘llаnilаdi. Keyingi yillаrdа elektr uzаtmаlаrning kоnstruktsiyasi, shuningdek uni bоshqаrish vа sоzlаsh tizimlаri to‘хtоvsiz mukаmmаllаshmоqdа. Аynаn elektr uzаtmаlаrning mukаmmаlаshuvi bilаn vаtаnimiz vа jаhоn teplоvоzsоzligi rivоjlаnishigа bоg‘liq desаk хаtо bo‘lmаydi. Mikrоprоtsessоr teхnikаsining qo‘llаnilishi kоmmutаtsiоn аppаrаtlаrning qisqаrishigа imkоn yarаtаdi vа teplоvоzning kuch qurilmаlаrini bоshqаrishdа mukаmmаlrоq аlgоritmlаrdаn fоydаlаnish imkоnini yarаtаdi. YAqin yillаrdа teplоvоzlаrdа o‘zgаruvchаn tоkning o‘zgаruvchаn uzаtmаlаri, tоrtish kuchining o‘qlаr bo‘yichа sоzlаsh tizimi, kuch qurilmаlаrini diаgnоstikа qilish vа bоshqаrishning kоmpleks tizimlаri, kirish tizimi, yo‘ldоsh tizim nаvigаtsiyasi vа аlоqаsi аsоsidа lоkоmоtivlаrning teхnik hоlаti vа hаrаkаtlаnish pаrаmetrlаrini uzоqdаn turib nаzоrаt qilish tizimlаri pаydо bo‘lаdi. For this purpose, the article presents a developed model for calculating the frame of the diesel locomotive chassis, taking into account technical, economic and other parameters. 1 Introduction Because of the high degree deterioration of the Ukrainian railways traction rolling stock (more than 90%) on the one hand, and the lack of free investment resources for modernization, on the other hand, and production capabilities of manufacturing plants, tasks to ensure the safe operation of traction rolling stock fleet cannot be solved by its instant updating [9]. Accordingly, searching for a better use of qualitative characteristics of the available operated machinery is necessary, including through the achievement of safe operation of the traction rolling stock beyond the established standard service life. The condition of the operated fleet of traction rolling stock on industrial transport is hardly better, requiring no less expert studies to assess the remaining resource with the possibility of extending the service life.

    PRESS RELEASE Berlin – September 19th, 2018 Nikolaev Locomotive Rebuilder and Anglo Belgian Corporation sign agreement to repower TEM7 locomotive in Ukraine Anglo Belgian Corporation (ABC) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Ukraine-based Nikolaev Locomotive Rebuilder LLC for the supply of 6DZC engine. This medium-speed diesel engine will be used to repower TEM7 diesel-electric shunting locomotive of ArcelorMittal in Ukraine. The signing ceremony took place during InnoTrans, the leading international trade fair for transport technology which takes places every two years in Berlin. Nikolaev Locomotive selected ABC, after a long and rigorous selection round, to supply an engine for this TEM7 diesel-electric shunting locomotive. The main selection criteria were the reliability of the engine, the purchase price, the low Life-Cycle Cost, the straightforward operation and easy maintenance of the engine. The involvement of ABC during the complete engineering of the repowered locomotive was also greatly appreciated. ABC’s 6DZC engine, replacing the existing V12 engine, generates more power (up to 2,000 HP or 1,470 kW) while offering far lower fuel and lube oil consumption and less emissions. As an open source engine manufacturer, rather than proposing standard solutions, ABC offers the advantage of choosing flexible and customized solutions for specific requirements. ABC’s engineering department will develop, in cooperation with Nikolaev Locomotive, the necessary adaptations, making it possible to re-use the existing generator. ABC's four-stroke 6-cylinder inline engine earned its good reputation thanks to its reliability and durability. Its robust and straightforward design makes it the ideal partner to power or repower heavy- duty shunting and mainline service locomotives.

THE HEREH TALES FROM THE EDITOR Dear readers! You are holding the next, sixth issue of “The Semaphore”. Three and a half years ago, overwhelmed by enthusiasm and belief in our own forces, we, the Editors, did not even think, what it a heavy burden it was to publish a periodical. At first, the periodicity of “The Semaphore” has been established once a month, then once in half- year. However, insuperable circumstances would overturn all planned terms again and again, and finally the magazine began to appear about once a year, as if it were an almanac. It took us another ten long months to prepare the sixth issue. Nevertheless, our magazine is alive, to what, in particular, testifies the statistics of visits to the Web site of magazine (up to 400 visits a month). Our correspondents, both “old” and new, from time to time send materials “for the next issue of the magazine”. We understand that their expectations cannot and should not be deceived, and we proceed with the publishing. “The Semaphore” is open! Moreover, this is our first attempt to publish an English-language version of the magazine. While the translation may be not perfect, and some materials (like the crossword) cannot be possibly translated into other languages, we still believe that this undertaking is important, and urge native English speakers to help us with translation.
