The idea of organizing the service centers was studied in cooperation with the OJSC — owner of the Russian railroads infrastructure. Their collaboration was commenced in 2009. In joint efforts with the scientists of the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of the Railway transport they developed the concept of organizing the introduction of the service at RZD.
