Competition Terms & Conditions
Entry
1. Silentnight Group Limited ("Silentnight") (Company number: 7525259 and whose registered office is at Long Ing Business Park, Long Ing Lane, Barnoldswick, Lancashire, BB18 6BJ) is the promoter of the free order competition ("Competition").
2. The Competition will open on [12:00am] BST on 28th March and will close at 12:00pm] BST on 26th April. Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Competition.
3. By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Conditions") and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate and complete. Silentnight reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards Silentnight and the Competition.
Who Can Enter
4. The Competition is open to entry by persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland. Residents of Northern Ireland are not permitted to enter this Competition.
5. Employees of Silentnight or any of its associated companies or anyone else professionally associated with this Competition and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are excluded from entering the Competition.
How to Enter
6. To enter the Competition and be considered for the Prize, simply answer the question on the "10% off" redeemable Silentnight voucher ("Voucher") and hand the Voucher in to the retailer at the point of purchase of a Silentnight product. You will receive 10% off your purchase and automatically be entered into the prize draw.
7. There is no charge for entry into the Competition (except that you must have made a purchase of a Silentnight product and entered an answer to the Voucher question). Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will lead to disqualification of all additional entries from that entrant, and it will be at Silentnight's sole discretion which entry or entries will be accepted in such instances.
8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silentnight exclude liability for any and all losses, damages, and claims incurred by any person in connection with participating in this Competition.

Winner
10. The winner will be selected at random by Silentnight from all correct entries received.
11. One winner will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date and, in any event, on or before the date 14 days after the Closing Date. In the event that you are selected as the winner, you must respond to Silentnight within 14 days of notification of the same otherwise you will forfeit the Prize and Silentnight reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
Prize
12. The "Prize" for the winner will be the value of the Silentnight purchase made at the point of entry into the Competition and listed on the sales receipt with the 10% discount applied as a result of the Voucher, up to a maximum value of £1,000.
13. Please keep your invoice/receipt as we will need to see the winner's proof of purchase of the Silentnight products.
14. The winner will receive the Prize as a cheque. The cheque will be addressed to the winner and sent to a contact address notified to Silentnight by the winner no later than 6 weeks after the Closing Date.

15. Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, and how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to our collection and use of your personal information, and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about our collection and use of your personal information.

General
17. Silentnight reserves the right to amend the Competition or these Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. The up-to-date wording of these Conditions will be available for the whole duration of the Competition at silentnight.co.uk/loveyourlocal
18. Silentnight reserves the right to withhold or void any entry, or where the entrant breaches (or Silentnight reasonably suspects that the relevant entrant has breached or will breach) these Conditions.
19. Silentnight takes no responsibility for entries not received, for whatever reason.
20. The Competition, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except that you may also bring a claim under these Conditions in your local courts if you do not reside in England.
