Сrocus Group served as the General Contractor for the construction of the Pavshinsky Footbridge.

MYAKININo METro sTATIoN

Built and financed by the Crocus Group, the Myakinino Metro Station became the first station in all of Russia to be built with private funds, as well as the first station outside city limits in the Moscow Oblast.

CENTrAL rING HIGHWAY (TsKAD)

Crocus Group has been named the General Contractor for the construction of the first section of the Central Ring Highway (TsKAD).

MANHATTAN MIXED-usE CoMpLEX

In 2009, Crocus Group signed a contract with Inter Continental Hotels Group, laying out the plans for the construction and management of a Holiday Inn (51 stories, 87,015 m²).

Marriott Hotel will become the second international hotelchain to join the mixed-use complex. The contract for the construction of the 500-room, 84,719 m² hotel was signed in 2012.

In 2016, VEGAS Crocus City now features VEGAS City Hall as the latest concert venue at Crocus City. The hall hosts a wide range of events for children and adults alike, from concerts to circus performances. Seating is currently planned for 1,500 visitors.

The flexible format of this multilevel concert hall allows for several different configurations, accommodating a variety of events, from world-famous circus acts, lively children’s shows, or events for the whole family, to chamber recitals or acoustic concerts by Russian and international artists alike, to conferences, presentations and workshops.
