”” Kurzemes prospekts 17 Kandavas street 16 Modern district heating boiler unit (20 MW) working with wood chips. Heat plant was commissioned in 2013. There

are fluidized bed burning chamber and heat recovery from the boiler flue gases. Unit works in automatic mode with efficiency >100%.The flue gas condensing economizer principal scheme:

Co-generation heat and power unit - works with wood chips, producing 4 MW of electric power and 22 MW of heat. Plant was commissioned in 2013 and also uses heat recovery from flue gases.
