The most common item on the agenda of the meetings of the National Board in 2015 was - Current activities and Izvidnik LLC. In 2015 the National Board was constantly involved in monitoring the implementation of the Strategy of the SAM and the implementation of project activities. According to the strategy the work of the National Board introduces a new mechanism by which each member of seniority will have priority area that will work together with the secretariat and the Buerau of SAM. This model 10 will start to apply from 2015 . Buerau of Scout Association of Macedonia Chief Scout International Commissioner Program Commissioner Hristijan Mirchevski Jane Plavevski Ana Kostovska 2015 will be remembered as one of the most successful years of the Bureau of SAM. The reason behind this is that the members remained unchanged, there was a constant visible improvement and strengthening of the Bureau and its operational efficiencies. Despite the excellent work of the Bureau there were no visible big changes in the work of the Commissioners. The Program Commissioner has been the most active in this period, as they continued in 2015 to actively work on the program. Unlike last year, this year there was less involvement from the members themselves, but rather from the scout units. During 2015 the new pilot program was implemented in each scout unit around the country, and the members were engaged in monitoring the implementation and evaluation during the process. Although there was still report Annual program members continued fast pace of work and new activities will continue to be implemented by the scout units and slowly preparing for an audit of the program, after which the program will be formalized and applied by all scouts in Macedonia. The International Commissioner continued to achieve the intended objectives and even exceeded them in some cases. With new partnerships, enhanced communication with existing links or other alliances that have helped more than 200 scouts participate in international experiences, whether it was scout camps in Macedonia or abroad, or an event of major proportions, it is obvious that the work of the commissariat is extremely active. Still unformed remained the commissariat for Training and Public Relations, but their work as before it was taken over by the Office of the SAM. New employees have started working fot the office of SAM, specifically for these tasks so the lack of commissariat was completed by the office successfully and fulfilled these obligations.
