I SUSRETI KULTURA I MEDIJI SUSRETI KULTURA I TEATAR I FILM Jelena Kleut Univerzitet u Novom Sadu Filozofski fakultet Dušan Spasojević UDC 316.4.063.24:808.51 Univerzitet u Beogradu originalni naučni rad Fakultet političkih nauka SOCIJALNI RASCEPI KAO INTERPRETATIVNI OKVIR JAVNOG DISKURSA U SRBIJI1 APSTRAKT Imajući u vidu multidisciplinarni karakter kritičkih studija diskursa u radu se povezuju teorija socijalnih rascepa sa proizvodnjom diskursa i diskutuje se primenjivost ove teorijske sinteze na analizu dominantnih tema javnog diskursa u Srbiji. Socijalni rascepi su relativno stabilne i duboke društvene podele čije postojanje obuhvata empirijski prepoznatljivu, relativno samosvesnu socio– demografsku grupu sa određenim ciljevima i interesima koje artikulišu političke organizacije. Upravo element političke artikulacije rascepa otvara prostor da se stvore spone između dva pristupa. Ključne reči: socijalni rascep, kritičke studije diskursa, javni diskurs Kritička analiza diskursa je istraživački program koji odlikuje razumevanje diskursa kao relativno stabilne upotrebe jezika i drugih sistema označavanja u cilju organizovanja i struktuiranja društvenog života. Autori i autorke koji istražuju okvirima kritičke analize diskursa usvajaju različite pristupe ključnim konceptima u koje spadaju diskurzivne prakse, ideologija, moć i primenjuju ih na različite komunikacione prakse. Otvorenost za dijalog sa drugim teorijama je ključna odlika kritičke analize diskursa, pošto „proučavanje društvenih fenomena u njihovoj kompleksnosti zahteva interdisciplinarni i višemetodski pristup“ (Wodak, Meyer 2009: 2). Nasuprot analizama javnog i političkog diskursa koje su bazirane na pojmovima levice i desnice (videti npr. Jäger 2007), pokušaćemo da ponudimo mogući okvir za kritičku analizu javnog diskursa koji je zasnovan na teoriji socijalnih rascepa. Iako bi ovaj okvir mogao biti razrađen i za „stare demokratije“, naša je namera da ga skiciramo u kontekstu postkomunističkih zemalja. 1 Rad je nastao u okviru projekta br. 179076 „Politički identitet Srbije u regionalnom i globalnom kontekstu“ koji finansira Ministarstvo prosvete i nauke Republike Srbije. 10 Jelena Kleut, Dušan Spasojević TEORIJA SOCIJALNIH rascepa Teorija socijalnih rascepa nastaje u okviru socio–strukturnog pristupa u političkoj sociologiji. Socijalni rascepi se posmatraju kao linije dugotrajnih društvu podela na osnovu kojih se formiraju i pozicioniraju političke partije. Inicijalna teorija vezuje se za Lipseta i Rokana koji tvrde da su partijski sistemi starih demokratija oblikovani na osnovu četiri najvažnije linije socijalnih rascepa: rad–kapital, selo–grad, država–crkva i centar– periferija (Lipset, Rokkan 1990[1967]: 50). Novi podsticaj teorija je dobila nakon demokratizacije postkomunističkih društava i mnogobrojnih pokušaja da se klasična teorija adaptira i primeni u novim uslovima. Inicijalna dilema ticala se razlika u društvenoj strukturi. Naglašenost etničkih razlika u heterogenim društvima i odsustvo socio–ekonomske diferencijacije (kao posledica državnog upravljanja ekonomijom) stvarali su sasvim različitu osnovu za političko delovanje. Mnogi teoretičari smatrali da je „stranačka utakmica rezultat konkurentskih političkih i ideoloških projekata unutar elita, a ne dubljih strukturalnih podela u društvu“ (Ag prema Stojiljković 2006:161), kao i da „društveni konflikti koji nastaju u postkomunističkim društvima nisu zasnovani kao klasni konflikti“ (Elster, Offe, Preuss 1998: 247). Druga grupa autora bavila se specifičnom sadržinom rascepa, odnosno pitanjima na osnovu kojih rascepi nastaju. U odsustvu ekonomskih tema, dominantne linije podela koje su se javljale bile su između pristalica starog režima i pristalica reforme, između centralista i decentralista, nacionalnog i građanskog. Konačno, u skladu sa prirodom tranzicionog društva, javila se i podela na osnovu intepretacije cilja kojem društva teže, tj. rascep na tradicionaliste i moderniste. Ag ovu podelu naziva „velikim ratom vrednosti“ (Agh 1994: 236), jer je reč o dilemi između „povratka Evropi“ ili „povratka sebi“. Važnu teorijsku novinu predstavlja i istraživanje dinamičke strane rascepa. Inicijalna koncepcija bila je fokusirana na stabilnost i trajnost socijalnih rascepa. Međutim, u postkomunističkim društvima se javljaju i kratkotrajniji „privremeni socijalni rascepi“ (Spasojević 2008: 235). Jedan od dinamičkih elemenata je hijerarhija socijalnih rascepa, koja ukazuje na trenutni politički značaj rascepa. Na primer, u postkomunističkim društvima bilo je uobičajeno da prvo dominiraju pitanja identiteta, a da se sa konsolidacijom demokratije pojavljuju klasične socio–ekonomske podele. Dominacija identitetnih podela iznimno je važna jer stoji kao snažan argument protiv uobičajenih tvrdnji da su savremene partije „deideologizovane“ ili „sveobuhvatne“. Iako su partije nesumljivo umanjile međusobne ideološke razlike u odnosu na npr. period nakon Drugog svetskog rata, ideološke razlike koje i dalje postoje u odgovarajućim uslovima snažno izbijaju na površinu. SOCIJALNI RASCEPI KAO INTERPRETATIVNI OKVIR JAVNOG DISKURSA U SRBIJI 11 DISKURS I SOCIJALNI RASCEPI O socijalnim rascepima može se govoriti ukoliko su prisutne tri komponente – empirijski prepoznatljiva socio–demografska grupa, vrednosni ili ideološki sistem koji je karakterističan za tu grupu, kao i organizacije koje artikulišu grupne vrednosti i interese. Ova formula počiva na pristupu odozdo ka gore pri čemu se razume da političke organizacije nastaju kao izraz vrednosti i interesa društvenih grupa. Iz ugla kritičke analize diskursa ovakva relativno linearna konceptualizacija, koja ne nastaje iz nerazumevanja složenosti odnosa, već iz pragmatičnog fokusa na objašnjenju političke scene, zahteva diskusiju. U ovom radu zadržaćemo se samo na ključnom konceptu ideologije i pokušaćemo da pronađemo mesto diskursa u teoriji socijalnih rascepa, iako svesni da bi šira elaboracija načina na koji se sagledava odnos društvene strukture, ideoloških orijentacija i diskursa doprinela dubljoj sintezi ove dve teorije. U teoriji socijalnih rascepa ideologiji se prilazi iz neutralnih pozicija prema kojima se radi o relativno stabilnim sistemima uverenja i vrednosti. Sa druge strane, u kritičkim studijama diskursa ideologije se uglavnom određuju u neomarksističkom ključu, kao „predstave nekih aspekata sveta koje doprinose uspostavljanju i održavanju odnosa moći, dominacije i eksploatacije“ (Fairclough, 2003: 218). Prema, Van Dajku, ideologija je deo društvenog znanja koji proizilazi iz vrednosti (Van Dijk 2000) ali koji nije opšteprihvaćen, već je svojstven određenim društvenim grupama. Yugoslavian, and today the Serbian fi lm industry has always been ‘in trend’. It might sound harsh but, unfortunately, this region has always provided ample ‘material’ for fi lms. Under our Balkan clouds there has been an ongoing battle about which people are older, which came and settled fi rst, who started it and who will be fi rst to leave and such battles have been and continue to be an inspiration to fi lm producers.
