Christmas period bus services in the Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster and Bradford on Avon areas Please note that during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, bus services in the Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster and Bradford on Avon areas will run as follows: A Saturday timetable will be in operation on bus Monday 23 December service D1. Normal weekday timetables will operate on Tuesday 24 December all other bus services in the Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster and Bradford on Avon areas. Christmas Day and Sorry, no bus services will operate on these dates Boxing Day A Saturday timetable will be in operation on bus Friday 27 December services 49 and D1. Normal weekday timetables will operate on all other bus services in the Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster and Bradford on Avon areas. Saturday 28 December Normal Saturday service Sunday 29 December Normal Sunday service A Saturday timetable will be in operation on bus Monday 30 December services 49 and D1. Normal weekday timetables will Tuesday 31 December operate on all other bus services in the Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster and Bradford on Avon areas. New Year’s Day Sorry, no bus services will operate on New Years Day A Saturday timetable will be in operation on First bus Thursday 2 January service D1. As these areas can differ from the community areas, this addendum is a reference tool to aid interested parties from the Community Area/Area Board to define which SPA includes the schools covered by their Community Area. It is therefore written from the Community Area standpoint. Amesbury The Amesbury Community Area and Area Board covers Amesbury town and surrounding parishes of Tilshead, Orcheston, Shrewton, Figheldean, Netheravon, Enford, Durrington (including Larkhill), Milston, Bulford, Cholderton, Wilsford & Lake, The Woodfords and Great Durnford. It encompasses the secondary schools The Stonehenge School in Amesbury and Avon Valley College in Durrington and includes primary schools which feed into secondary provision in the Community Areas of Durrington, Lavington and Salisbury. However, the School Planning Area (SPA) is based on the area(s) served by the Secondary Schools and covers schools in the towns and surrounding villages which feed into either The Stonehenge School in Amesbury or Avon Valley College in Durrington.
