The Council of the County of Wiltshire in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 53 and of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 1984”) as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 2004”) as amended and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984 hereby makes the following Order.

1. The County of Wiltshire (Westbury, Heywood and Dilton Marsh) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2012 shall be amended by the insertion of the Map Schedule specified in the Schedule to this Order.

2. The effect of the Order will be as follows:

a) To introduce No waiting at any time on the following lengths of roads:

Bashkir Road – both sides – from its junction with Exmoor Road for a distance of approximately 10 metres in a north easterly direction Dartmoor Road – both sides – from its junction with Sandalwood Road for a distance of approximately 13 metres in a southerly direction Exmoor Road – north east side – from its roundabout junction with Sandalwood Road for a distance of approximately 45 metres in a south easterly direction Exmoor Road – south west side – from its roundabout junction with Sandalwood Road for a distance of approximately 16 metres in a south easterly direction Sandalwood Road – north west side – from a point approximately 36 metres north east of the centre of its roundabout junction with Exmoor Road for a distance of approximately 60 metres in a south westerly direction Sandalwood Road – south west side – from the centre of its roundabout junction with Exmoor Road for a distance of approximately 20 metres in a south westerly direction Sandalwood Road – north east side – from the centre of its roundabout junction with Exmoor Road for a distance of approximately 35 metres in a north easterly direction Sandalwood Road – both sides – from its junction with Dartmoor Road for a distance of approximately 10 metres in an easterly direction Sandalwood Road – both sides – from its junction with Dartmoor Road for a distance of approximately 13 metres in a northerly direction

These restrictions will replace any existing restrictions currently in force in the town of Westbury.
