Requirements ● students of ultimate or penultimate year of university studies or young professionals with up to 1-2 years of experience ● fluent in Slovak/Czech and English ● outstanding academic record ● analytical and problem solving skills ● demonstrating leadership in school, extracurricular activities or professional experience ● creativity and ● ability to deal with challenges ● interest in further education ● flexibility and willingness to travel ● willingness to contribute to changing the world and make social impact

Objectives The internship is full time, typically last 2-3 months and is open all year long. As a member of our consulting team, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You’ll work with teams of typically 3 – 5 , playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement. This includes teamwork in dynamic environment, researching, gathering and analyzing information, identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to clients. Beyond the projects, you'll participate in networking activities and as your career advances, you'll develop new strategy tools and techniques in areas of specialist expertise. Selection process The Boston Consulting Group will be selecting from candidates recommended by LEAF based on ● Sending your CV and cover letter to talent.bcg.com/apply ● As a first step you will be invited to sit for our multiple-choice problem-solving test. Candidates who pass the test successfully will be invited for interviews. ● In the first round of interviews, you will have two 60-minute interviews. Consultants will test your ability to solve problems as well as assess your skills, motivation and drive. During the interviews you will have ample opportunity to ask questions about consulting and working at BCG. If you complete the first round of interviews successfully, we will invite you to the final round of interviews. ● In the final round of interviews, you will speak with one of the partners from our office. The nature of the interviews is similar to the interviews in the first round. Here too, a case study will form part of the interviews. We will pay attention to your motivation and your ability to contribute and work well in teams.
