What We Do Hope Consulting is a boutique strategy consulting firm with a social sector focus. We craft effective strategies for addressing major social sector issues, and bring the correct set of players to the table to drive those solutions forward. We seek to hire a strategy consultant to work directly with senior management and clients on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

• Seek out responsibility on client engagement as well as in the company • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and facilitation skills. This includes asking appropriate questions, delivering strong presentations, and engaging in effective dialogues in both one-on-one and group settings • Contribute to the firm's various research and consulting activities including data gathering and analytics in domestic and international environments • Support management team in business development and project management Hope Global Consulting, LLC Strategy Consultant Page 2

Consultant Requirements

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or investment banking • Deep data analytics skill o Preference for expertise in financial markets or customer insights analytics • Travel and work experience in the developed and developing world • Aptitude and interest for working independently and proactively • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize responsibilities • Collaborative, creative, and very smart
