Instruments Musicals N.º 36 BUTLLETÍ OFICIAL BOLETIN OFICIAL 23-II-2016 DE LA PROVÍNCIA DE VALÈNCIA DE LA PROVINCIA DE VALENCIA 5 Excelentísima Diputación Provincial de Valencia Servicio de Cultura Anuncio de la Excelentísima Diputación Provincial de Valencia sobre resolución de la campaña de entrega de instrumentos musi- cales para los años 2015 y 2016. ANUNCIO La Junta de Gobierno de la Diputación de Valencia, en sesión celebrada el día 17 de noviembre de 2016, aprobó la resolución de la Campaña de entrega de instrumentos musicales para los años 2015 y 2016, concediendo y desestimando las solicitudes de la misma, conforme a las relaciones que figura en el presente anuncio. «Dada cuenta del expediente 30201001/2015/000025 relativo a la Convocatoria y bases para la entrega gratuita de instrumentos musicales a las bandas de música, corales, asociaciones de música de dulzaina y percusión y a las rondallas o grupos de danza, y orquestas de púlso y púa de la provincia de Valencia (2015-2016), en trámite en el Servicio de Cultura. Dado que el mismo fue aprobado por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de la Corporación de fecha 24 de marzo de 2015. Dado que las distintas agrupacions musicales han formulado las correspondientes solicitudes dentro del plazo establecido. Dada la propuesta formulada por el diputado delegado de Cultura, que comprende todas las solicitudes presentadas que reunen los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria, y que son: Pertenecer cada agrupación musical a la federación correspondiente. Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y para con la Seguridad Social. Dado que a las agrupaciones musicales solicitantes se les ha aplicado los importes máximos de los instrumentos musicales incluidos en los Anexos I, II y III de la presente convocatoria y que son los siguientes: a) Para las Bandas: 2.000,00 euros (IVA incluido) b) Para las Corales, asociaciones de música de dulzaina y percusión y a las rondallas o grupos de danza, y orquestas de púlso y púa : 450,00 euros (IVA incluido) Dado que el criterio de valoración utilizado ha sido el menor presupuesto solicitado con relación a dichos módulos, hasta agotar la consigna- ción presupuestaria de la primera anualidad, quedando el resto para la segunda. Visto lo dispuesto en las correspondientes Bases de la convocatoria, referido a los créditos presupuestarios de las anualidades de 2015 y DIPUTACION 2016. SE ACUERDA: Primero. Aprobar la relación de sociedades musicales, corales, asociaciones de música de dulzaina y percusión y a las rondallas o grupos de danza, y orquestas de púlso y púa que se incluyen en la convocatoria de referencia, según listado nominativo que, diligenciado por el secre- tario general de la Diputación, figura en el expediente y que consta, para las sociedades musicales, de 122 páginas, cuyo importe total ascien- de a 565.496,00 euros, para las corales de 13 páginas, cuyo importe total asciende a 20.450,00 euros, y para las asociaciones de música de dulzaina y percusión y a las rondallas o grupos de danza, y orquestas de púlso y púa de 15 páginas, cuyo importe total asciende a 20.850,00 euros. Segundo. Aprobar los importes del gasto que corresponden a las siguientes anualidades: a) Año 2015: A las sociedades musicales: 17.670,00 euros A las corales: 20.450,00 euros A las asociaciones de música de dulzaina y percusión y a las rondallas o grupos de danza, y orquestas de púlso y púa: 20.850,00 euros b) Año 2016: A las sociedades musicales: 547.826,00 Tercero. La financiación de las distintas anualidades de la presente convocatoria se realizará con cargo a: Aplicación presupuestaria: 321.33408.78002 Año 2015: 58.970,00 € Importe: Año 2016: 547.826,00 € Según informe favorable de Intervención de fecha, 12 de noviembre de 2015 La efectividad del presente acuerdo con relación a la anualidad de 2016 quedará supeditada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el correspondiente ejercicio presupuestario. Cuarto. Desestimar las siguientes solicitudes de participación en la presente convocatoria: a) Por no estar federados, o no encontrarse al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social. La nostra és l’escola digna i arrelada a l’entorn més proper, la que aplica de forma profunda els criteris de democràcia participativa elementals i necessaris amb l’objectiu últim d’afavorir el millor aprenentatge possi- ble a un alumnat divers en un context intercultural. Eixa és l’escola valenciana que tenim i l’escola valenciana que defensem. És l’escola que entre totes i tots fem per millorar cada dia, malgrat els greus atacs als quals ens tenen sotmesos. Davant de la marginació de l’ensenyament plurilingüe en valencià, davant de la insuficient oferta edu- cativa en la nostra llengua, davant d’un Decret de plurilingüisme sense recursos i davant de la imposició de lleis pròpies de l’era predemocràtica com la LOMCE, totes i tots els qui ens sentim identificats amb el model educatiu que és l’escola pública, en valencià i de qualitat ens sentim orgullosos d’estar enxarxats en un moviment que de cap de les maneres permetrà que un dret universal i bàsic com l’educació siga marginat i desvirtuat per les més altes instàncies institucionals.

    1405 FOSETYL-ALUMINIUM (302) PHOSPHONIC ACID (301) The first draft was prepared by Mr D Lunn, Ministry for Primary Industries, Wellington, New Zealand EXPLANATION Fosetyl (and its aluminium salt) and phosphonic acid (formulated as the potassium or sodium salts) are systemic fungicides with protectant action against a number of oomycete and ascomycete fungi and some plant pathogenic bacteria in a range of fruit, vegetables and ornamental crops. They are rapidly absorbed through both leaves and roots and exhibit both acropetal and basipetal translocation. Their mode of action is by inhibiting germination of spores and by blocking development of mycelium, competing with phosphate as allosteric regulator of several enzymes. In addition, they can induce direct or indirect production of phytoalexin and pathogenesis-related proteins leading to an induction of plant defence mechanisms against fungal or bacterial pathogens. Authorisations exist in many countries for the use of fosetyl or its aluminium salt (fosetyl-Al) as a pre-plant dip, foliar, drench or drip-irrigation treatments and authorisations also exist for phosphonic acid (formulated as the monopotassium, dipotassium or sodium salts) in a number of countries for use as a trunk injection, pre-plant dip, foliar, soil and post-harvest treatments. Fosetyl and phosphonic acid were scheduled by the 48th Session of the CCPR as a new compounds for consideration by the 2017 JMPR. Residue and analytical aspects were considered for the first time by the present meeting. The Meeting was provided with studies on metabolism, analytical methods, supervised field trials, processing, freezer storage stability and environmental fate in soil. It was the most important Valencian political force and acted as de facto provincial affiliate of the Radical Party, a conservative republican party which was to play a crucial role in national politics. This study uses a wide range of documentary sources, including contemporary newspapers, official papers, and parliamentary records, supplemented by a number of interviews with participants in the events and in-depth case study reviews of two important settlements in the province together with detailed studies of electoral and land ownership data in a further three settlements.
