HILL RADNOR FLOCK BOOK SOCIETY Sheep penned at 9.00am Judging commences at 10.00am Sale begins at 11.30am o Halters are required for rams during judging o Breeders are responsible for all stud Rams in the Society’s Flock Book o Any error or description in the catalogue inclusive of change of sheep to be notified and announced by the Auctioneers at the time of sale. o All registered sheep must be transferred by Vendors to the Purchasers through their Honorary Secretary in order that complete records may be kept and entered in the Flock Book.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS AND BUYERS o Every care has been taken by the Secretary to obtain full particulars of the sheep entered in the various classes. o The rules embodied in the schedule must be observed. o All pedigree sheep should be properly marked and tagged. Sheep may be subject to scanning to ensure that the correct documentation accompanies each animal. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that this documentation is correct. o Rams must be bid for in Guineas. Minimum bid: Older Rams 100 Guineas Yearling Rams 150 Guineas Ram Lambs 80 Guineas

CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RULES

The rules governing the conditions of sale are those laid down and recommended for use at market by the Livestock Auctioneers Market Committee for England and Wales.

ADDITIONAL RULES OF THE SOCIETY

1. Any animal with any deformity shall not be eligible for either show or sale. 2. ALL SHEEP MUST BE TAGGED IN THE APPROVED METHOD. 3. RAM LAMBS entered in the sale must be TAGGED AND REGISTERED with the Society before 14th September 2019. Any animal found not complying with this condition will be barred from exhibiting and placed at the end of the sale. 4. OBJECTIONS TO ANY ENTRY. Objections must be made to the Secretary of the Society at any time before the close of sale. The decision of the Council will be final and there shall be no appeal.
