Significant Yews Recorded in the Diocese of Bangor Significant yews in the Diocese of Swansea and Brecon Updated December 2019 Ancient yews are likely to be 800 years or older. While most veteran yews are 500 years or older, this category also includes some younger yews that have become hollow. Notable yews have a likely age of 300+. Landscape and Visual Pegasus Group is a Registered Practice with the Landscape Institute. Our Landscape Architects regularly prepare Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) as part of EIA. The LVIA has been prepared by a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute to ensure compliance with appropriate guidance.
