Fox’s and Gary Newman Honored as National Champions for Children at Alliance for Children’s Rights’ 24th Annual Dinner Event Set for March 10, 2016 at the Beverly Hilton in

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 20, 2015) – The Alliance for Children’s Rights, Los Angeles’ preeminent free legal services organization dedicated to protecting the rights of abused and neglected children and foster youth, will present Fox Television Group Chairmen and CEOs Gary Newman and Dana Walden with the National Champion for Children Award at its 24th Annual Dinner on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at the Beverly Hilton. Walden and Newman are a powerful entertainment duo who uses their influence to improve the lives of at-risk children, fight poverty and strengthen access to healthcare.

Together, Walden and Newman oversee Fox Television Group, a division of , which includes groundbreaking broadcast network (FOX); prolific and award- winning studio 20th Century Fox Television (TCFTV); the industry’s largest provider of content for cable, Fox 21 Television Studios; innovative licensing division Fox Consumer Products; and the leading syndication supplier of off-network and first-run programming, .

When the two are not making television, they spend much of their time bettering the world around them.
