Leading causes of morbidity By week 33 : 2020, AURI is still the leading cause of morbidity, with ALRI and AD. In table 1: number of cases for each disease and percentage from total consultations.

AURTI are generally mild in nature, commonly caused by viruses, sometimes with bacteria. ALRTI epidemiologically includes acute bronchitis, bronchiolitis, influenza and pneumonia.

AURI reported cases were mainly coming from: Almarij, Baniwaleed, Subrata, Alabyar, Ashati and Bnghazi while the highest numbers of ALRI reported cases coming from Almarij and Albaida. AD reported cases mainly from Baniwaleed, Albaida and .

In week 33 :2020,  the total number of new cases of fever and rash (Suspected Measles) was 10 cases: (4) Ashati, (3) Albaida, (1) Traghen and (2) Sebha , blood sample sent to measles lab for confirmation.  0 reported cases of Pertussis .  1 Reported case acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) from .  10 Meningitis cases reported from : (7) Benghazi, (1) and (2) .  Zero reported case of Neonatal tetanus, and diphtheria in this week last reported case was in 2016.

Water-Borne Diseases:

By week 33 : 2020  Total number of acute diarrhea (AD) reported cases in week 33 was (589) cases.  Total number of bloody diarrhea reported cases was (BD): (11) cases: distributed on following municipalities (2) Alwahat, (1) Albaida, (2) Benghazi, (2) Baniwaleed and (4) Ghat.  Total number of acute jaundice syndrome (AJS) reported cases was (19) Cases distributed on following municipalities (3) Ashati, (3) Tripoli, (5) Albaida, (4) Ghat and (4) Benghazi.

Other Infectious Diseases:

 Leishmaniasis In Week 33: The number of the cutaneous Leishmaniasis reported cases was (11) cases from , (5) Tawergha and (5) Zliten , (1) Benghazi Visceral Leishmaniasis..

 FOODPOIS: In Week 33: The number of the cutaneous FOODPOIS reported cases was (9) cases from: (6) Ashati and (3) Benghazi.

 COVED-19: In Week 33 : The number of COVID-19 reported cases was (177) suspected cases: (21) Ashati, (2) Ghdames, (4) Oupari, (9) Alwahat, (33) Aljmail, (7) Aljofra, (37) Qasser Alakhiar, (2) Almarij, (4) Traghen, (9) Tripoli, (45) Sebha and (4) Regdalin.
