Leading causes of morbidity In week 39: 2020, AURI is still the leading cause of morbidity, with ALRI and AD. In table 1: number of cases for each disease and percentage out of total consultations.

AURTI are generally mild in nature, commonly caused by viruses, sometimes with bacteria. ALRTI epidemiologically includes acute bronchitis, bronchiolitis, influenza and pneumonia.

AURI reported cases were mainly coming from: Alabyar, Ashati, and Subrata, while the highest numbers of ALRI reported cases coming from Igdabya. AD reported cases mainly from Benghazi.

In week 39 :2020  The total number of new cases of fever and rash (Suspected Measles) was (3) cases: (2) Albaida and (1) Igdabya, blood sample sent to measles lab for confirmation.  (2) reported cases of Pertussis from: (1) and (1) Igdabya.  (2) Reported case acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) from: (1) Sebha and (1) Zawia.  (5) Meningitis suspected cases reported from: (3) Benghazi, (1) Tobruk and (1) Sebha.  No reported case of Neonatal tetanus last reported case was in 2016.,  No diphtheria cases reported in this week

Water-Borne Diseases:

By week 39: 2020  Total number of acute diarrhea (AD) reported cases in week 39 was (506) cases.  Total number of bloody diarrhea reported cases was (BD): (30) cases: distributed on following municipalities (22) Ghat, (4) Albaida, (2) Benghazi, (1) Tobruk and (1) Baniwaleed.  Total number of acute jaundice syndrome (AJS) reported cases was (27) Cases distributed on following municipalities (14) Alwahat, (4) Benghazi, (4) Igdabya, (2) Albaida, (2) Ashati and (1) .

Other Infectious Diseases:

 Leishmaniasis In Week 39: The number of the cutaneous Leishmaniasis reported cases was (3) cases from Tawergha.

 FOODPOIS: In Week 39: The number of the food poisoning reported cases was (15) cases from: (4) Mezda (4) Ghat, (3) Benghazi, (3) Ashati and (1) Tobruk. .

 COVED-19:

In Week 39 : The number of COVID-19 reported cases was (491) suspected cases: (151) Igdabya, (101) , (55) Tripoli, (42) Sebha, (30) Oupari, (27) Aljmail, (24) Ashati, (17) Alwahat, (13) Regdalin, (11) Alkoba, (11) Aljofra, (10) Ghat, (9) Benghazi, (9) Alkofra, and (8) Almarij.
