Eu quero comunicar: os Requerimentos aprovados nºs 139 a 143, de autoria do Senador Ciro Nogueira, mencionavam informações de Municípios de até 200 mil habitantes. Há um erro material, uma vez que a referência será somente a Municípios a partir de 200 mil habitantes. Nesse sentido, a Secretaria fará a devida retificação nesses requerimentos. August 19, 2021 Chairman Lipps, Vice Chair Holmes, Ranking Member Russo, and Members of the House Health Committee, thank you for the opportunity to provide proponent testimony on House Bill 248. My family and I are asking that Ohio HB248 be passed in order to protect the individual freedoms we currently have as American citizens. I work in a corporate setting and my husband owns a small business. We have two young daughters who are relying on us to provide for them and protect their rights. I support this bill in hopes that they can grow up with the same liberties we have had. Segregation and discrimination over individual health choices should be taken seriously and passing this bill is key to avoiding those types of issues in the future. I am not a scientist, but I am a mom, a wife, and a daughter who takes the health of my family very seriously. I have done extensive amounts of research on the SARS-COV2 virus and subsequent vaccines. There are also many health experts that provide me with helpful information. I am sure you are receiving many testimonies about the large numbers of vaccine injuries and even deaths that have occurred during this vaccine campaign. Personally, I know two women who have had severe menstrual issues (requiring surgery) that they can connect back to occurring right after the vaccine. My friends’ cousin passed away at only 23 years old from an enlarged heart after receiving the vaccine. The stories go on and on. The point is that no legislation should force my family and I to inject ourselves with substances that have side effects such as this. -

Response to the COVID-19 vaccine effects and the “protein shedding” A growing number of people are asking how will NANO SOMA help to remove the effects of the injection(s) when people have received them and the effects from the so-called shedding of what is reportedly a spike protein to the uninjected by those who have been injected. As we consider this issue, it is worth recalling the evidence that there are Coronavirus patents held by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in conjunction with DARPA and the WHO from 2018, pre-dating the COVID-19 “Plandemic” and Event 201, the October 2019 planning event that modelled the events that were to be played out in 2020 and beyond. Even more important and profound is this interview by Dr Reiner Fuellmich of Dr David Martin, who explains that there is a COVID patent trail leading back to 2002!!!, and much, much more. The famous French virologist Luc Montagnier, the 2008 winner of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine has warned that many will die from the vaccines. Further, Yolande Norris-Clark, a Canadian specialist in women’s health and a doula recently warned of the effects of the shedding upon the hormonal states of uninjected women who come into contact with those who have been injected. Yolande’s video was quickly removed from YouTube and I understand that she has since fled with her family from Canada to Mexico because of the attacks upon her family, I’m speculating because of her uncompromising, informed and articulate stand and message. -

Approximately 18 million people died and another 23 million were injured during the four years of the war (Mougel 2011).1 Yet over just two years, between 1918 and 1920, the “Spanish Flu” pandemic swept the entire planet, infecting about half a billion individuals, 50 to 100 million of whom would not survive (Johnson and Mueller 2002).2 In total, the pandemic caused the deaths of three to five percent of the global population at the time. Were a similar pandemic to occur today, the death toll would amount to the combined population of Canada and the USA – over 360 million people. Such extreme mortality rates are obviously a source of concern for health practitioners. Despite incredible advances in medicine since 1918, our ability to prevent or respond to flu pandemics remains almost unchanged. Why does the flu continue to vex us while other devastating viruses of the past (e.g., smallpox, polio) have all but disappeared? To grasp the magnitude of this problem, one must understand the unique biology of the flu virus itself. The “Spanish Flu” was caused by an influenza A virus (IAV), which comes in many forms. The type that caused the Spanish Flu was the “H1N1” virus, with the letters referring to two families of proteins -- hemagglutinin (H) and neuraminidase (N) -- found on the surface of the virus (Palese and Shaw 2007).3 These proteins coat the virus with spikes, helping it to enter and exit the cells in which it replicates. -

SARS In the spring of 2003 SARS prompted the first global health alert of the twenty-first century. Hardest hit were the three metropole cities of Beijing, Hong Kong, and Taipei where residents confronted not only threats to their health and material well-being, but also to the vitality and resilience of their societies. Patients with a virus that resisted known therapies overwhelmed hospitals and frontline medical workers and as the disease unpredictably spread to communities and inflicted fatalities, collective trauma mounted. Quarantine practices of medieval Europe ultimately halted the outbreak. Multidisciplinary in its approach, SARS explores the medical, social, and political challenges posed by the epidemic. Focusing on the political dimen- sions of historical geography, media communications, and popular culture, the case studies chronicle how residents of the three cities, whose fortunes are linked by uneasy historical memories and a vibrant global economy, find themselves abruptly drawing hard lines against porous borders. The volume raises issues pertaining to global politics and regional security, public health and democratic processes, civil society and public culture formation, the role of media in social crises, institutional integrity, and individual agency. Contributors drawn from anthropology, journalism, medicine, and sociology examine the SARS outbreak as representative of the multiple contra- dictions among contagion, connectivity, and disjuncture that characterize our contemporary world. 1 H5N1 Timeline of Select Episodes and their Significance Gaymon Bennett, Center for Biological Futures, Basic Sciences, Hutchinson Center In September 2011 researchers from the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands led by Ron Fouchier announced that they had successfully engineered a mutant form of influenza H5N1, “avian influenza,” that is transmissible by respiratory route between mammals (ferrets). Given that ferrets’ immune response to influenza is considered to be similar to the response in humans, the studies suggest that the engineered H5N1 is likely transmissible human-to-human as well. The researchers suggested that the transmissible flu they had created remained as lethal as the original strain on which their work had been carried out, a strain estimated to be fatal in ~30-60% of cases in humans. Several months later it became widely known that a second research group, led by University of Tokyo and University of Wisconsin professor Yoshihiro Kawaoka, similarly had engineered a mammal-to-mammal transmissible form of H5N1. The conduct of the work, the handling of its announcement, and the political turmoil set into motion by the prospect of its publication have raised serious questions about the limits of free inquiry and the regulation of research with dangerous organisms. It has also raised serious questions about the terms under which such research should be organized, justified, and critiqued. In the table that follows I provide a timeline of the key episodes in the unfolding of this event, with an explanation of how each episode is significant. I pay particular attention to how the story being told about the research and importance had changed, and how its political framing has led to a game of justification and counter justification in which the account of the science and how it should be interpreted has become formed by the polemics which have taken hold.
