The text includes quotes from prominent scholars and health professionals.] Urgent: international alert message about COVID-19 February 2021 Mr. Jair Bolsonaro: President of Brazil, Mr. Hamilton Mourão: Vice President and Mr. Eduardo Pazuello: Minister of Health of Brazil, We are health professionals from the international collective: United Health Professionals, composed of more than 1,500 members (including medical professors, intensive care physicians and specialists in infectious diseases) from different countries in Europe, Africa, America, Asia and Oceania and, on 26 August 2020, we addressed a warning message to the governments and citizens of countries around the world about the outbreak of COVID. 1 First, let us start with the conclusions of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly's 2010 report on the management of the H1N1 epidemic: “The Parliamentary Assembly is concerned with how the H1N1 flu pandemic has been treated, not only by the World Health Organization (WHO) but also by the competent health authorities at European Union and national level. Is particularly concerned about some of the consequences of the decisions taken and advice given that lead to the distortion of public health service priorities across Europe, wasted large sums of public money and also unjustified panic and fear about health risks … Serious deficiencies were identified in relation to the transparency of pandemic-related decision-making processes, which raised concerns about the possible influence of the pharmaceutical industry in some of the main decisions … unregulated or secret lobbying can be a danger and can undermine democratic and good governance ”. Know that the same mistakes made in the H1N1 epidemic are being repeated today in the COVID epidemic. You are the victims of the greatest health scam of the 21st century with regard to the real danger of the virus, the measures to be taken, the numbers, tests and treatments, and this was done with the same manipulation techniques used during the epidemic the H1N1 or the Iraq war. Experts, medical professors, as well as scientific and medical groups started warning others about this as early as March 2020. The countries of the world (except for rare cases such as Sweden, Belarus or Tanzania), without thinking, just imitated and blindly followed others. This epidemic is amplified, dramatized and instrumentalized by criminals who take advantage of it to achieve economic, political and ideological goals and agendas that are harmful to humanity and we will prove it to you. You must stop this global scam quickly (because it is a serious danger to your people and your country in terms of: health, economy, education, ecology and human rights) by immediately taking the following actions: 1 Remove all restrictions Remove the following illegal, unscientific and non-sanitary measures: quarantine, lockdown, mandatory masks for healthy subjects, social distance of one or two meters. These crazy and stupid measures are heresies invented in 2020 that do not exist in medicine or public health and are not based on any scientific evidence. This is not how we manage an outbreak: "The world has gone mad" with coronavirus quarantines that "go against what is known about the treatment of virus pandemics" (Dr. Anders Tegnell, Sweden's chief epidemiologist, 24 June 2020). « The infection fatality rate seems to be about the same as for influenza, but we have never introduced these drastic measures before, when we had influenza pandemics. (Prof. Didier Raoult, 24 June 2020). «The natural history of the virus [the coronavirus] is not influenced by social measures [quarantine, masks, restaurant closings, curfews, etc.] … The quarantine did not trigger the reduction of cases … As for the closing of restaurants that had very strict health protocols ... of course, I cannot defend myself ... it did not influence the epidemic at all ... He also sent, at the time, a letter to German Chancellor Angela Merkel) In addition, these tyrannical measures violate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in its articles: 3, 5, 9, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, 26, 27, 28, 30 and the UNICEF Convention on the Rights of the Child in its articles: 28, 29, 32, 37. «When the state knows best and violates human rights, we are on a dangerous course. The pandemic has led to the violation of basic human rights ... There has not been the slightest ethical analysis of whether this was justified." (Prof. Peter Gøtzsche, December 4, 2020). Forcing non-sick people to wear masks is not only heresy, it is also harmful to health and ecology and is a form of abuse: «Mask dictatorship totally unfounded» (Prof. Christian Perronne, 22 September 2020). «The curfew ... was used during the German occupation when the militia and Gestapo invaded the houses. And now we will have the police visiting to see if there are more than six people at the table! What is this madness?!» (Prof. Christian Perronne, October 15, 2020). «Every winter in Paris, the ICU beds are completely saturated. We transfer patients ... every winter, under normal circumstances.» (Prof. Bruno Mégarbane, anesthesiologist and intensive care physician, September 27, 2020). «In none of the 2 waves … were all ICUs saturated, it is false!» (Prof. Michaël Peyromaure, January 18, 2021). 2 Liberate the economy, schools, universities, air transport and hospitals 3 Remove your experts and consultants who have links or conflicts of interest with pharmaceutical companies 3 The 2010 report by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on the management of the H1N1 epidemic also said: "The Assembly calls on public health authorities at international, European and national level - namely the WHO - ... to ensure that all people subject to conflicts of interest are excluded from sensitive decision-making processes." Experts in the countries that have defended these totally heretical measures are ignorant or supported or corrupted by the pharmaceutical industry. 4 Demand an international and independent investigation and that those responsible for this coup are tried On October 1, 2020, German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich announced that an international network of lawyers will discuss the biggest civil liability case of all time: “Anti-corona measures have caused and continue to cause such devastating damage to the health and economy of the world population that the crimes committed by (…) WHO should be legally qualified as real crimes against humanity, as defined in section 7 of the crime code International". He also said that this should be called "a corona scandal and those responsible for it should be prosecuted criminally and prosecuted for civil damages". The investigation should focus, among others, on Bruce Aylward (WHO) and Neil Ferguson (ICL). On January 10, 2021: a letter relayed by The Sun and written by lawyers, a member of Parliament, human rights activists and a former US Air Force general was addressed to the FBI and MI5, along with security services in Canada, Germany and Australia, where the authors say: “We are writing this letter to request that a federal investigation be initiated and / or accelerated in relation to the scientific debate on major political decisions during the COVID-19 crisis. In the course of our work, we have identified issues of a potentially criminal nature and we believe that this investigation is necessary to ensure that the interests of the public have been properly represented by those who promote certain pandemic policies ». The letter calls the quarantine "a global scientific fraud of unprecedented proportions" that was "deliberately enacted ... to impoverish the nations that implemented it." Rare countries like Sweden, Tanzania or Belarus - which can be congratulated - refused quarantine and did not blindly follow others and if we apply the reasoning of quarantine advocates, the result should be a massacre or the saturation of their hospital system. Is this the case in these three countries? The answer is, of course, no. I support this bill in hopes that they can grow up with the same liberties we have had. Segregation and discrimination over individual health choices should be taken seriously and passing this bill is key to avoiding those types of issues in the future. I am not a scientist, but I am a mom, a wife, and a daughter who takes the health of my family very seriously. I have done extensive amounts of research on the SARS-COV2 virus and subsequent vaccines. There are also many health experts that provide me with helpful information. I am sure you are receiving many testimonies about the large numbers of vaccine injuries and even deaths that have occurred during this vaccine campaign. Personally, I know two women who have had severe menstrual issues (requiring surgery) that they can connect back to occurring right after the vaccine. My friends’ cousin passed away at only 23 years old from an enlarged heart after receiving the vaccine. The stories go on and on. The point is that no legislation should force my family and I to inject ourselves with substances that have side effects such as this.

From an early stage, the Swedish government delegated decision making to the Public Health Agency, and its goal was to mitigate the effects of the virus rather than to suppress its spread. Society was never closed down in the same way as elsewhere. Using data from media reports and other publications, we argue that the agency was insulated from pressure to change course, even as the number of deaths associated with covid-19 rose far above those in Sweden’s Nordic neighbours, by four conditions: (1) the structure of national public administration; (2) an outburst of nationalism in parts of the media; (3) the uneven impact of the virus; and (4) a political leadership that was willing to delegate responsibility for policy almost entirely. We conclude by briefly comparing the coronavirus strategy to previous episodes of Swedish policy exceptionalism. This emerging pattern, we suggest, raises normative questions about the functioning of Swedish democracy.     Update on the Corona Pandemic in the Kingdom of Sweden June 14, 2021 As of today, the Swedish Public Health Authorities announced that 9 new deaths have been confirmed since statistics from Friday June 11, 2021, due to the Coronavirus. Since Covid-19 reached Sweden the total mortality rate is now 14,574 people. 1,083,456 people have been confirmed infected and 7,544 people have been cared for or are being cared for in the intensive care unit. Right now, people 171 are in the intensive care unit, according to the Swedish intensive care register. 6,151,465 vaccinations have been carried out. 4,084,788 people have received at least one dose and 2,066,677 have received two doses. At 10.15 on Friday June 11, 2021, Minister of Social Affairs Lena Hallengren held a press conference on the topic of vaccines. Also participating where Johan Carlson, Director General of the Swedish Public Health Agency and Marie Morell, chair of Sweden's municipalities and the Regions' healthcare delegation. Hallengren begins the press conference with an updated overview of the vaccination work in Sweden. The Public Health Agency's forecast of when all Swedes should have been offered at least one dose of vaccine remains unchanged, she states. Within a few days, half of all adults will receive at least one dose. There are still large differences in the proportion vaccinated among foreign-born and among those born in Sweden. However, the differences have diminished. The government has decided to lend 31,200 Janssen doses to Cyprus and 24,000 doses to Iceland.
