Equipo Navazos ‘I Think’ Manzanilla Sherry Jerez SPA 11 Produced in limited quantities by a group of passionate sherry makers, this is a complex manzanilla with notes of salty almonds, white flowers and green apple. A delicious example of the dry sherry style. Henriques and Henriques Sercial Madiera 10 year old Madeira POR 15.5 Extraodinary fortified wine from the tiny island of Madiera, 1000km south west of Portugal. The driest of the Madiera wine styles, it exhibits mouth-watering acidity with notes of spices, citrus peel and nuts. Fantastic with cheese, or as an aperitif. Williams & Humbert ‘Dos Cortados’ Palo Cortado Jerez SPA 14 Palo Cortado as a style occupies a sort of off-to-the-side, way-up-the-back and far-out spot in the sherry heirarchy. Somewhere between amontillado and oloroso this wine balances fine old spirit with citrus cut, date richness and lots of grilled nuts- walnuts and almonds. Kopke White Port Oporto POR 10 Perhaps not the first choice for an aperitif, but Kopke’s white port is deliciously refreshing with vibrant fruity and floral notes and a hint of honey. Queste sono le premesse di una formazione culturale in grado di utilizzare le tradizionali conoscenze scientifiche con quelle innovative offerte dall’osservazione e dalle nuove tecnologie.Questo punto di partenza deve aprire la mente degli allievi per porsi domande circa la soluzione di problematiche analizzando i processi della sperimentazione, la gestione delle risorse e la promozione economica delle stesse. Il CRAA - Centro per la Ricerca Applicata in Agricoltura (ex Consorzio) – rappresenta tutte le Istituzioni Universitarie Pubbliche Campane oltre la Regione Campania e gli ex ricercatori della “Cirio ricerche”, struttura che gestisce l’Azienda Agricola Sperimentale “Improsta” di proprietà della Regione Campania, estesa per circa 1.400.000 mq. L’attuale Giunta Regionale della Campania con il CRAA sta promuovendo attività di ricerca e formazione tra cui anche i percorsi di “SCUOLA-LAVORO” con obiettivi formativi attinenti ad un nuovo progetto di sviluppo economico del territorio.

The vine originated in Greece and was Grape (Vitis) brought to the south of Italy by Greek settlers. The name may be a corruption of vitis hellenica, Latin for "Greek vine."[1] Another etymology posits a corruption of Apulianicum, the Latin name for the whole of southern Italy in the time of ancient Rome. During this period, it was the principal grape of the famous Falernian wine, the Roman equivalent of a first-growth wine today.
