GERMANY - That portion of the Federal Republic of Germany including HESSEN - that part comprising the Kreise Darmstadt, Dieburg, Bergstrasse and Erbach; RHEINLAND-PFALZ - that part east of a line running along the southern boundary of the Landkreis Trier-Saarburg, the south-eastern boundary of the Landkreis Mittelmosel-Wittlich and along the western boundary of the Rhein-Hunsrück-Kreis to the Rhine river, thence downstream through the middle of the Rhine river to Braubach (excluding Braubach), thence through the middle of the road Braubach-Hinterwald-Schweighausen-Nassau to the Lahn river, thence upstream through the middle of the Lahn river to the boundary of Rheinland-Pfalz; SAARLAND; BADEN- WURTTEMBERG - that part comprising the former Stadtkreis and Landkreis Mannheim, the former Stadtkreis and Landkreis Heidelberg and the former Landkreise Mosbach and Buchen.
