Identitarian Movement
Identitarian movement The identitarian movement (otherwise known as Identitarianism) is a European and North American[2][3][4][5] white nationalist[5][6][7] movement originating in France. The identitarians began as a youth movement deriving from the French Nouvelle Droite (New Right) Génération Identitaire and the anti-Zionist and National Bolshevik Unité Radicale. Although initially the youth wing of the anti- immigration and nativist Bloc Identitaire, it has taken on its own identity and is largely classified as a separate entity altogether.[8] The movement is a part of the counter-jihad movement,[9] with many in it believing in the white genocide conspiracy theory.[10][11] It also supports the concept of a "Europe of 100 flags".[12] The movement has also been described as being a part of the global alt-right.[13][14][15] Lambda, the symbol of the Identitarian movement; intended to commemorate the Battle of Thermopylae[1] Contents Geography In Europe In North America Links to violence and neo-Nazism References Further reading External links Geography In Europe The main Identitarian youth movement is Génération identitaire in France, a youth wing of the Bloc identitaire party. In Sweden, identitarianism has been promoted by a now inactive organisation Nordiska förbundet which initiated the online encyclopedia Metapedia.[16] It then mobilised a number of "independent activist groups" similar to their French counterparts, among them Reaktion Östergötland and Identitet Väst, who performed a number of political actions, marked by a certain -

1 Understanding the Zionist World Cons Piracy
1 Understanding The Zionist World Cons piracy Zionism is a Cultural Cancer that is Destroying White Nations! By Making Destructive Behavior Socially Acceptable The Zionists have emasculated our nation by destroying our pride in America‘s Christian history. Without a commonly held memory a nation ceases to exist as a cohesive unit. The Zionists have labeled America‘s Christian Founding Fathers as ―racists‖ and ―white slavers‖ while at the same time suppressing the fact that the Zionists fi- nanced and participated in the Black slave trade. The Zionists have promoted multicultura lis m, celebrating every culture, no matter how backward and barbaric, except for White Western European culture. The Zionists have dri- ven our Christian heritage from the public square through the efforts of the ADL and the ACLU Lobby Groups. American children will grow up in a society wiped clean of any vestiges of the Bible, Christ or the Cross. However, the Menorah is still allowed in public displays and in the White House for Hannukah celebrations. The Zionists have torn our borders wide open, permitting, indeed cheering, the Third World immigrants who will soon replace the White Christian American majority. The Jacob Javits‘s and the Lautenbergs have designed legislation that will, in the not too distant future, eventually genocide the White Race of people. They have done all this while simultaneously supporting a Zionist-only State in the Middle East. The Zionists have pushed, created and profited from pornography and perverse entertainment. The Zionists make up 90% of all American pornog- raphers. The Hollywood they run has mainstreamed wife-swapping, common law marriages, fornication, homo- sexuality, lesbianism, transvestitism, pedophilia, drug and alcohol abuse and self-indulgence. -

Rethinking the Postwar Era: Soviet Ukrainian Writers Under Late Stalinism, 1945-1949 by Iuliia Kysla A thesis submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in History Department of History and Classics University of Alberta © Iuliia Kysla, 2018 Abstract This dissertation advances the study of late Stalinism, which has until recently been regarded as a bizarre appendage to Stalin’s rule, and aims to answer the question of whether late Stalinism was a rupture with or continuation of its prewar precursor. I analyze the reintegration of Ukrainian writers into the postwar Soviet polity and their adaptation to the new realities following the dramatic upheavals of war. Focusing on two parallel case studies, Lviv and Kyiv, this study explores how the Soviet regime worked with members of the intelligentsia in these two cities after 1945, at a time when both sides were engaged in “identification games.” This dissertation demonstrates that, despite the regime’s obsession with control, there was some room for independent action on the part of Ukrainian writers and other intellectuals. Authors exploited gaps in Soviet discourse to reclaim agency, which they used as a vehicle to promote their own cultural agendas. Unlike the 1930s, when all official writers had to internalize the tropes of Soviet culture, in the postwar years there was some flexibility in an author’s ability to accept or reject the Soviet system. Moreover, this dissertation suggests that Stalin’s postwar cultural policy—unlike the strategies of the 1930s, which relied predominantly on coercive tactics—was defined mainly by discipline by humiliation, which often involved bullying and threatening members of the creative intelligentsia. -

Jones ……………………………………. i Abstract This study explores the concept of identity construction through food as exhibited by Zimbabwean inbetweener migrants in the UK. Literature was explored in relation to national identity, migration, consumer culture theory, consumer acculturation, diaspora theory, memory and nostalgia and food consumption and identity. The study used a qualitative research approach to address the issues under investigation. Interviews were used to collect data based on the understanding that food patterns and identity construction are context driven. The findings indicate that the food experiences of the Zimbabwean inbetweeners were specific to this group. -

Holocaust Memory for the Millennium
HHoollooccaauusstt MMeemmoorryy ffoorr tthhee MMiilllleennnniiuumm LLaarriissssaa FFaayyee AAllllwwoorrkk Royal Holloway, University of London Submission for the Examination of PhD History 1 I Larissa Allwork, hereby declare that this thesis and the work presented in it is entirely my own. Where I have consulted the work of others, this is always clearly stated. Signed: L.F. Allwork Date: 15/09/2011 2 Abstract Holocaust Memory for the Millennium fills a significant gap in existing Anglophone case studies on the political, institutional and social construction of the collective memory of the Holocaust since 1945 by critically analyzing the causes, consequences and ‘cosmopolitan’ intellectual and institutional context for understanding the Stockholm International Forum on Holocaust Education, Remembrance and Research (26 th January-28 th January 2000). This conference was a global event, with ambassadors from 46 nations present and attempted to mark a defining moment in the inter-cultural construction of the political and institutional memory of the Holocaust in the United States of America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Israel. This analysis is based on primary documentation from the London (1997) and Washington (1998) restitution conferences; Task Force for International Cooperation on Holocaust Education, Remembrance and Research primary sources; speeches and presentations made at the Stockholm International Forum 2000; oral history interviews with a cross-section of British delegates to the conference; contemporary press reports, -

The unit is comprised of 8 lessons that are based around the big six historical thinking concepts developed by Peter Seixas. Students will start the unit by looking at an introduction to primary and secondary sources as a preliminary assessment of their previous knowledge of source types. They will go on to use these skills throughout the rest of the unit. Students will work through a variety of different genres of writing and presenting, including a panel discussion, debate, reflection, and a letter to a Holocaust survivor. The letter will be their culminating assignment, while their formative assessments will be a series of worksheets, reflections and presentations to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding. These assessments will be based on the content that is presented in class through lecture style class discussions, videos, books and internet sources. -
