These two awards will emphasise ini- tiatives to enhance the general level and safety of operations, accident prevention, and the efficiency and effectiveness of airborne law enforcement. Narrative Submissions endorsed by the agency head are judged by a panel and the awards presented at the IACP Annual Conference. Copies of articles and photographs may accom- pany the narrative submission, but no audio or video tapes will be considered.
