Day 1 – Friday – November 02, 2018 – CURITIBA

Upon arrival to Curitiba´s International Airport (CWB), you will be met and transferred to the group hotel, Mabu Business Hotel, to check-in and enjoy time at leisure. In the evening, meet the group and transfer to local restaurant Madalosso in the Italian district of Santa Felicidade. Return to the hotel for overnight. (D).

Day 2 – Saturday – November 03, 2018 – CURITIBA/ MORRETES/ CURITIBA

Enjoy breakfast this morning at 07:00, departing for a bike tour at 07:30. Bike along Graciosa´s road until reaching the little cozy village of Morrentes. The bike tour is famous among cycling tourists and has varied levels of difficulty, that can be chosen according each person’s preference on site.

Graciosa´s Road is historic, built in 1854 after Paraná became a separated State from . The ride will take around 4 hours to Morretes. Upon arrival, enjoy a typical “Barreado” lunch at Serra Verde Restaurant, a delicious beef entree served with condiments cooked in a clay pot for about 12 hours and served with manioc flour and bananas. Seafood is also an option.

In the afternoon, return to Curitiba on board the Great Brazil Express train. The unique luxury train travels through the beautiful Atlantic Forest. Arrive back to Curitiba at 17:30 and transfer to the hotel for dinner at 19:00 and overnight. (B,L,D).

Day 3 – Sunday – November 04, 2018 – CURITIBA/ IGUASSU FALLS

Enjoy breakfast this morning at 07:30 before departing the hotel at 08:30 for a Brazilian coffee bike tour. For coffee lovers, Curitiba is a hidden gem. Many of the international coffee championships are won by people who work in Curitiba. During this bike tour you will have the chance to discover this unknown side of the city including tasting the exclusive blend and also learning about the different preparation methods, such as the traditional espresso, the French press, aeropress and the traditional way using a Hario V-60.

Return to the hotel and check out in the early afternoon. At 14:00, transfer to the Airport to take a group flight to Iguazu Falls. Upon arrival at Foz do Iguaçu International´s Airport, a transfer will take you to Mabu Thermas Resort ​ for check-in and time at leisure. This evening, join the group for dinner at Rafain Churrascaria. This Brazilian ​ steakhouse comes complete with salads, cheese, hot and ​ cold dishes, the authentic Brazilian Barbecue, oriental gastronomy and dessert buffet. During the dinner

you can enjoy the Latin American Show, with folk songs and dances that show the culture of Mexico, ​ Bolivia, , and Brazil.(B,L,D).

Day 4 – Monday – November 05, 2018 – IGUASSU FALLS

This morning enjoy breakfast at the hotel at 07:30, and transfer at 08:30 to Iguazú National Park. Here, walk along the elevated catwalk to view Devil's Throat. The largest amount of water from the Iguazú River cascades over Devil's Throat at a rate of 3,434,000 million gallons (1.5 million liters) per second. View this breathtaking display of nature's power is visible from a catwalk built near the top of the 350-foot (107-meter) waterfall. Explore further visiting the Lower Circuit or the Upper Circuit of the falls. A 0.8-mile (1.3-km) trail comprises the Lower Circuit, a loop that takes visitors up close to some of the smaller waterfalls in the park. Access the very top of the falls via the Upper Circuit. Take this trail, which is also wheelchair accessible, to enjoy panoramic views of San Martin Island and some parts of the Brazilian side of the fall. Restrooms and places to stop for snacks are available on this trail, which boasts wonderful views of Bossetti falls that make for great photographs.

At 13:00, return to the hotel for lunch. At 14:30, you will be transferred to another beautiful attraction, The Birds Park, an essential tour for visitors to Foz do Iguaçu. This is an internationally recognized center for bird recovery and conservation, located amidst the rich and lush Atlantic Forest, adjacent to the Iguazu National Park. You will experience direct contact with more than 1,400 birds, covering about 150 different species. There are 16.5 hectares of lush Atlantic Forest kept to form the best habitat for our animals. Day 5 – Tuesday – November 06, 2018 – IGUASSU FALLS

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel at 07:30 this morning before departing at 08:00 for a adventure to the waterfalls on the Brazilian side. Begin along the trail set within the Atlantic Forest area, riding in an electric cart providing opportunities for photography a complete view of the fantastic scenery. During the journey through the jungle, the guides will explain about the fauna and flora of the Park. The second ​ part of the tour is a stretch of 600 meters/1 mile for those with energy and disposition. Continue along the trails leading to the Salto Macuco waterfall. Along the way one can see orchids, palm trees, ancient trees and wild animals that occasionally cross the trail, brightening the ride even further.

Guests can also opt for water adventures within the park. The brave adventurers will be taken straight to Iguaçu Falls. The boats travel up the river through the canyon facing the rapids, at a speed that allows for the appraisal of the landscape. The captain approaches the vessel to provide a quick and refreshing shower, where everyone comes out soaked. The feeling of being literally under one of the falls is incredible.

Enjoy lunch at 13:00, at Porto Canoas Restaurant before transferring back to the hotel to relax and ​ refresh. Dinner tonight will be offered at the hotel beginning at 19:00. (B,L,D).

Day 6 – Wednesday – November 07, 2018 – IGUASSU FALLS

This morning enjoy breakfast at the hotel at 07:00, before checking out of your room and transferring to the airport for your flight to Campo Grande. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your ​ AdventureNEXT hotel. (B).

3. Macuco Safari & Rafting at Iguazu Falls - Waterfalls

Macuco Safari duration :3 hours, 1.8 miles/3 km by an open jeep-towed wagons and Walking Trail of 600 meters

The rapids are considered of Medium Level (class 3+), accessible to people of all ages. However, those under 18 must have authorization from someone responsible, who must sign a term of exemption of responsibility.

For your Macuco Safari and Rafting Expedition at Iguazu Falls you will be picked up from your hotel in Foz do Iguassu and taken to Iguassu National Park.

The adventure begins at the entrance to the Macuco Safari, located 15 miles (25 km) down Cataratas Highway inside Iguazu National Park. You will travel through the jungle on open jeep-towed wagons that allow for an unobstructed view of the scenery along the trail. During the stretch of 1.8 miles (3 km) through the jungle, multilingual guides will point out examples of the flora and fauna of the Park.

In this forest full of natural riches, you can expect to see orchids, palm trees, bromeliads, centenaria trees, and even wild animals that occasionally cross the trail.

The second part of your journey takes the form of a short hike. Follow a trail of about 600 meters, to a waterfall called ‘Macuco Falls (optional). The waterfall – perfect for a refreshing dip on hot days – spills down from a height of approximately 20 meters. Access is via a stairway carved into the ancient rock. The last stop is the Macuco Safari docks on the Brazilian side of the Iguazu River.

In the water, inflatable bi-motor boats await you. They´re constructed to withstand the rigors of the excursion, as well as being secure and efficient vessels. Before embarkation, passengers receive life-vests and plastic containers in which to protect photographic and filming equipment. The boat travels up-river passing the canyon facing the rapids at a speed that allows for scenic viewing.

Rocks, animals and ample amounts of greenery complete the scenery until the base of the Falls is reached, next to the ‘great horseshoe’ known as ‘The Devil's Throat’.

Enjoy a waterfall shower. Rainbows, blue sky, mist and water in abundance, punctuate the spectacle whose high-point is the ‘The Three Musketeers’. Here the captain maneuvers the boat in order to get close enough to provide the passengers with a quick and refreshing shower.

At the end of your jungle adventure, you will be dropped back at your hotel.
