The OnBase 13 Web Server continues to support Internet Explorer 7, 8, and 9. Hyland Software recommends that Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 users use Internet Explorer 9. This ensures the best possible user experience and performance with OnBase 11, 12 and greater.
1. Before Beginning
Internet Explorer security settings must be configured properly for access to OnBase

Choose the Trusted Sites zone

Add the OnBase Web Client URL to the Trusted Sites zone:

Click the Privacy tab

Uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker OR click Settings to whitelist the OnBase web server
