Sénat - Palais du The construction of the Palais du Luxem- bourg began in 1615 with architect Salomon de Luxembourg, Brosse. 7TH ARRONDISSEMENT The hôtel de Montesquiou, was built by the architect Alexandre Théodore Brongniart in Ambassade de 1778. 8TH ARRONDISSEMENT This hotel was built between 1718 and 1720 by the architect Armand-Claude Mollet for the Hôtel d’Évreux Earl of Evreux and is now the main body of the Palais de l’Élysée palais de l’Élysée. Molitor The first opened its doors in 1929, completing an immense sporting complex in the 2 avenue de la Porte- 16th arrondissement. For 60 years it was Paris’ Molitor most popular swimming baths, known for its two M10 Porte d’Auteuil swimming pools and its avant-garde atmosphere.
