For any cancellation, the conditions applicable for the refund are as follows:
From 1 to 3 cars:
- cancellation before 72 hours before the service, reimbursement of 100% of the amount (minus any bank charges); - cancellation between 72 hours and 24 hours before the service, 50% refund (minus any bank charges); - cancellation within 24 hours before the service, no refund.
