Course requirements:

To complete the DLM course, you will be required to thoroughly read, view or listen to all course materials at least once. You will then use the information provided in the media materials to formulate a 10-12 page response paper dealing with the topic of the module. Papers should reflect on the material covered in the course and its applicability to your personal ministry and/or professional work.

Students accepted prior to 2011 are required to pay a course fee. Students accepted during 2011 are not required to pay a course fee if this DLM is being used to fulfill one of the two required courses from the Foundation. Students accepted as of 2012 are not required to pay a course fee.

Course cost: The total cost of each DLM is $600.00. Please contact the bursar with any questions regarding course fees ([email protected]).

Please enclose the Registration Fee of $200.00 when submitting this form. The Registration Fee applies to the total cost of the DLM ($600.00). The final balance of $400.00 must be submitted with the response paper.

If you decide to withdraw from this Distance Learning Module, you must return all materials in order to receive a refund of the Registration Fee.

Materials must be returned with response paper and final payment within 90 days of receipt of materials.
