• Short Term impact o Points per match in domestic league with or without European Cup games within five days before or after championship matches

• European Cup participation has no negative impact on domestic league performances. On the contrary, it highlights an improvement of results in championship matches played within fi ve days before or after European Cup fixtures.

What will change:

• Retain current format with a slight change to the access list to ensure a direct access for two participants from the first four UEFA Member Associations and one participant for the UEFA Member Association ranked five to twelve

• The UEFA Europa League winners will secure a spot in the UEFA Champions League play-offs as a minimum

• UEL Title Holder , as of this season, is qualified in UEFA Champions Leag ue • Minimum: UCL Play-offs

• In case of vacancy* in Group stage: UCL Group stage

(*UCL winner already qualified via domestic league to UC L)

• No more losing finalists of the domestic cup in the UEL Replaced by the next best team in the League (in case the domestic cup winner is qualified in UCL)

What will change:

• New commercial concept

o Full centralisation of sponsorship rights as of the group stage (complete stadium branding and dressing will be implemented at all 48 clubs) with normally: v One presenting sponsor which will become the main partner (MP) v Four official sponsors (OS) v One official supplier partner v Other option to be adopted depending on the successful sell of the main partner

• A particular attention should be given in terms of event delivery v To maximise quality and efficiency v To ensure a smooth transition with all the stakeholders involved in a match v To guarantee them no change to the high level of service they expect during match nights

• Brand identity: to retain what is existing but to further reinforce and develop it
