After two of the three sesssions of the Open Pairs Germany and The Netherlands have a com- manding hold over the competition, with Germany taking the first two places and the next three going to The Netherlands.The current leaders are: 1 Michael Gromøller and Helmut Hausler 61.41% 2 Thomas Gotard and Marie Eggeling 61.35% 3 Hans Kreuning and Rob van den Bergh 60.92% Do not think because you are not in the top twenty there is no hope. After the first stanza, Alan and Jette Bailey were languishing in 110th place with less than 49%. Now they lie in 14th posi- tion with 58.37%. Anything is possible.
