Michael J. Grossman is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for CLARK Material Handling Company. He is responsible for all legal, corporate and ethics compliance, and corporate secretarial activities of CLARK. Michael joined the Legal Department of Clark Equipment Company in Buchanan, Michigan in 1978 as an Attorney. Throughout the years Michael has held multiple positions within CLARK’s Legal Department and has served as General Counsel of CLARK Material Handling Company since 2000. Michael has a robust knowledge of the material handling industry and the legal and commercial issues it faces, and that knowledge is used on a daily basis in support of CLARK’s businesses in the Americas. Michael serves on Lawyers’ Committee of the Industrial Truck Association, having served previously as its Chairman. Michael is admitted to practice law in Kentucky, Illinois and Michigan, and is a member of the American and Kentucky Bar Associations.
