Justin Crawford is the Founder and Host of the Men of the Hour multiplatform celebrity talk show – a weekly digital-first self-improvement series dedicated to driving social impact through the narratives of today’s most influential men; including Matthew McConaughey, Gabriel Iglesias, Boris Kodjie, Ryan Serhant and so many more.
In addition to the Men of the Hour, Justin works at NBCUniversal with the Entertainment & Lifestyle Ad Sales Group, where he supports the SVP, VP’s and Account Executives in day-to-day operations and special project initiatives. While working at his dream company in New York City, Justin recently took the position as the Co-Lead of the NBCU Young Professionals Network – an organization in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion division dedicated to cultivating our employees by providing professional development opportunities, leadership skills and innovation-driven initiatives. Since his time with YPN, Justin has led this group in producing 20+ roundtable series, fireside chats and book talks with NBC’s highest level of talent and business leaders – all of which aided in Comcast NBCUniversal’s latest feature as one of Fortune Magazine’s ‘75 Best Large Workplaces for Millennials’ in 2020 – ranked at #25.
The fun does not stop with Men of the Hour and NBCUniversal! Justin has spent the last 2 years as the Senior Correspondent at Bold TV, where he has been reporting from red carpets and live events while interviewing celebrities and newsmakers – some of which include Elizabeth Hurley, Adam Sandler, Tommy Hilfiger, Rebecca Minkoff and Christian Siriano, Lil Jon, Trevor Noah, Dr. Oz, Wendy Williams, The Housewives of New Jersey and New York, The Impractical Jokers, among many others.
Crawford has always had a passion for driving social impact through all the work he does. Aside from his jobs in the industry, Justin works closely with the charity organization No Kid Hungry on several innovative fundraising campaigns including his very own celebrity ‘Reality Roundtable’ series. Additionally, Justin volunteers much of his time to his alma mater’s Career Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Journalism departments to build programs and curriculums that will best prepare college juniors and seniors for the global workplace.
Justin grew up living between Japan (where he was born) and the United States his whole life while his family served in the U.S. Air Force. He is a proud 2018 graduate from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he holds a B.S. in Journalism and Electronic Media.

Lindsey Granger is a seasoned journalist and television host whose career has spanned from reporting local news to producing and covering stories across the globe. She owns and operates her production company LG Productions.
She currently hosts a nationally syndicated talk show created by Sony Pictures and Tegna, called Daily Blast Live. Prior to that she produced for Melissa Harris-Perry on MSNBC and reported for MSNBC.com.
