3. MINUTES To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 12 July 2021 Ref. P/11/2021.

4. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES (a) 5 Dynes Parade, Dynes Road, Kemsing (Minute 4(a) P/11/2021) No further update available at this time.

(b) Diminishing number of bungalows in Kemsing (Minute 4(b) P/11/2021) No further update available at this time.

5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION (a) SE/21/02091/HOUSE – 5 Northdown Road, Kemsing Single storey rear extension and conversion of side structure.

(b) SE/21/02130/HOUSE & SE/21/02129/LBCALT – The Vicarage, High Street, Kemsing Demolition of existing pre-fabricated garage and replacement with new oak framed garage and associated driveway in a new location. Replacement of existing close boarded fence to east boundary with new brick wall and new gates of increased width.

(c) SE/21/02173/HOUSE – 11 Pilgrims Way, Kemsing Roof conversion to include rear facing dormer window.

7. DECISIONS BY COUNCIL (SDC) (a) SE/21/01531/HOUSE – Saxondene, Church Lane, Kemsing Demolition of existing conservatory. New single storey side extension and covered outdoor kitchen area. Minor internal alterations and fenestration amendments. Associated hard and soft landscaping works – GRANTED.

(b) SE/21/01758/HOUSE – 29 Park Hill Road, Single storey rear extension & garage conversion with elevational and roof alterations – GRANTED.
