Because we believe so strongly in the superior quality of naturally grown ingredients, Great Performances operates Katchkie Farm in Columbia County, New York. As a year-round organic farming operation that supplies Great Performances with seasonal produce, Katchkie Farm represents our commitment to celebrating local fl avors while supporting good earth practices. Katchkie is home to The Sylvia Center, an educational nonprofi t that introduces children to the pleasures and benefi ts of healthy, sustainable food through farm visits and cooking workshops.
