Updating your Will

If you have already made a Will and now wish to add Charlton Athletic Community Trust as a beneficiary, you can use this simple Codicil Form. A Codicil is a supplement that alters or adds to an existing Will. We recommend you seek advice from your financial advisor or solicitor as well. Please keep your Codicil with your Will, in a safe place. You don’t need this form if you haven’t yet made your Will.
