During this same time a year ago, we were not sitting around waiting for a pandemic that would utterly change our lives so much. However, here are the highlights for the month of December: *First term members (elected for 2020).  Teresa Drummond, our real estate man- ager has found tenants to fill the 3 spots that were vacated due to COVID. So Holly Ave rental is full. has all but 3 (the 3 new ten- ants) on multi year rental agreements now.  Nursery renovations: The painting is almost done and the flooring materials have arrived at Faulkner Flooring, and Brad at Faulkner will schedule delivery in December.  The Heat Exchanger for the 3rd floor hall (Chaz and Sabrina area) has been ordered by SHAC (Stanley) who will schedule the work with Gordon as soon as equipment ships.  The Playground area was mulched in early December, and Salem Presbyterian folks have expressed their thanks and appreciation. Note: They continue to hold their Sunday evening services on our lawn and they have continued paying their rent throughout the COVID months.
