“A good man leaves an inheritance to his Special thank you to the Chance Family for all the love and support, and children’s children…” –Proverbs 13:22 everything you all have done to help the family of the late Ricky Lee Davis during this difficult time. You all went above and beyond; we are Dad’s has an Angel humbled and truly thankful. Nothing in this world is like the love of a father for his little girl. Final resting place So I know it was never your intention to hurt me, but daddy this Sunset Memorial Gardens has broken me. 3201 NW 19th Street Even though I know you will be watching us from the heavens, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33311 this pain still cuts so deep. I know you’re in a better place, but daddy, at night I can’t sleep. You had a pain that I could not heal; a void that I could not fill. The day you left, God made you whole but He also took a piece of my soul. It’s selfish to want you to stay, but I wasn’t ready for you to leave. I’m trying to be strong for your grandson and watch him like you told me. I never knew my eyes could cry this much. Your favorite color was blue, and now I am too. I will hold on to your memories, your lessons and wisdom. I pray you saw your mothers face at the Lord’s throne, and told you how much she missed you. Through these tears, and this pain, I can smile at the good times. And last night I got your message that everything will be fine. When it rained, I knew God opened heaven’s gate for you. Donovan asked if you had wings in heaven and I told him yes, the rawest pair too. Daddy, you’re my angel now. We miss you.
