a) Lalgola PS Case No. 32/18 dated 09.01.18 u/s 21(C)/29 NDPS Act.

On 09.01.2018 a team of CID, WB held raid at Lalgola PS area and arrested 01 person namely (i) Abdus Sukur (38) s/o Azizur Rahaman of Mirdadpur, PS Lalgola, Murshidabad and seized 2.950 kg of Heroin from his possession. b) Joynagar PS Case No. 525/2017 dated 06.04.2017 u/s 420/406 IPC and adding section 419/467/468/471 IPC & r/w 4/5/6 of the prize chit and money circulation schemes banning Act 1978.

On 03.01.2018 Officer and force of CID, WB held raid and arrested one person namely Biswajit Natuya (37) s/o Subal Chandra Natuya of village Tulshighata, PS Joynagar, South 24 Parganas. c) Bongaon PS GDE No. 82/2018 dated 02.01.2018

On 02.01.2018 Officer and force of CID, WB held raid at Bager Battala, Paikpara, PS Bongaon and seized one unclaimed 10 wheeler Truck having Registration No. WB-23D 1275. d) Katugram PS Case No. 92/2017 dated 30.03.2017 u/s 363/365/120B IPC

On 25.12.2017 one victim girl under PS Ketugram, district Purba Burdwan was recovered from Anchola Talab area under PS Tulije, district Palghar by of the officer of CID WB and they also arrested 02 persons namely (i) Saddam Rahaman (27) s/o Abdul Salim Sk, (ii) Abdul Salim Sk(45) both of village+PO+ PS Ketugram, district Purba Burdwan from Green Park, district Thane, Maharastra. e) Kandi PS Case No. 143/2016 dated 17.02.2016 u/s 365/368/325/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act.

On 04.01.18 Officer and force of CID, WB held raid at Kandi Bus Stand area and arrested one accused person namely Rakib SK @ Palta (33) s/o Abu Bakkar @ Bannu of village Chaitanyapur, PS Kandi, Murshidabad.

f) Rangli Rangliot PS Case No. 62/2016 dated 15.12.2016 u/s 406/409 IPC.

22 On 02.01.2018 Officer and force of CID, WB held raid and arrested one person namely Gayan Chandra Subba s/o Late Ganga Lal Subba of Salbari Sahid Durga Malla Road, PS Prodhannagar, District . g) Sadar(Darjeeling) PS Case No. 152/2017 dated 08.07.17 u/s 147/148/149/323 /324/325/ 326/333/353/307/427/436/120B IPC, r/w Sec. 3/4 PDPP, 8/9/15A/15B of WBMPO Act, 25/27/35 Arms Act.

On 24.01.2018 officer and force of CID WB held raid and arrested one accused person namely Dawa Sherpa s/o Late Angphuri Sherpa of Lower Birbity, PS Birpara, Alipurduar. h) Bidhannagar (S) PS Case No. 99/2017 dated 25.05.2017 u/s 419/420/ 465/467/468/471/ 472/ 474/475/120B/34 IPC.

On 29.01.2018 a team of CID, WB held raid and arrested one person namely Taposh Kumar Biswas (47) (President of Council of Alternative System of Medicine as well as Institute of Health Science) s/o Lata Pradip Kumar Biswas of 9/14 Moore Avenue, PS Regent Park, Kolkata- 40.
