“I’m not a female who’s a race driver, I’m a race driver who’s a female.”

That is my answer whenever people ask me how it is to be a female in a men’s world. I am proud to be a female competing on such a high level, but most importantly I am proud to be a driver who competes at that level. My personal statement is about the fact that nothing, including your gender, should stop you from pursuing your dream and doing what you want.

I have experienced what its like to be pushed down and how you have to fight ten times as hard to earn people’s recognition and respect. I hope that I can be and that I am an inspiration to girls and women who are ready to let their drive overcome the fear of resistance.

PRESENTATION I hope that they look at me and think “Hey if she can do it, so can I” The past 3 years I have competed full seasons in Carrera Cups in Germany, Middle East and USA to sharpen my individual competitive skills and also raced selected races in the ELMS.

Further I drove a full season in ADAC GT Masters, the IMSA TUDOR, VLN and Nürburgring 24 hr. to hone my long distance qualities, mostly in , but also in Aston Martin and Ferrari. To strengthen my qualifi- cations as an all-round GT race driver I raced in the two major GT cham- pionships in America.

PRESENTATION I raced for TRG Aston Martin in the GT sprint-series Pirelli World Challenge and the TUDOR Sportscar Championship in 2015. In PWC I was Rookie Of The Year and in TUSC I finished 2nd in the GTD Championship.

Finishing 2nd is the best result in history for a female In a high-level in- ternational racing championship. At only 23 I have competed in near 100 international races on more than 40 different racetracks in 15 different cars.

PRESENTATION PRESENTATION I CREATE UPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUR COMPANY WHY CHRISTINA NIELSEN

As the only female driver competing in the two championships I attract a high volume of attention from the media, which always benefits our team and partners. Through out my years in racing I have worked as a brand ambassador and a representative of our partners. That has included rep- resenting the organizations and their values, done appearances and speeches at events related to our partners and socializing with their guests, employees and business partners.

Through out my career I have raced all over Europe, in the Middle East, and in North America. It has given me the ability to adjust quickly and manage my self among an international crowd. In the end I am just a chick who loves to drive, who is so lucky that I already figured out what my passion in life is at the age of 14.

PRESENTATION But as I became older I realized that my career not only comes with re- sponsibility but also a ton of possibilities – And I want to take advantage of that. I want to be a part of making a difference.

Showing society and especially the younger generation of girls that we can do whatever we set our mind to. As my mechanic from the karting days used to say: They are just boys”
