Staff vs. Grade 7 Volleyball Game

On Wednesday Jan. 23rd in front It was announced today that we will of a packed gym at lunch time be moving into Westview Elementary our staff took on the Grade 7 Girls’ Volleyball Team and then School at the beginning of the 2013- the Grade 7 Boys’ Volleyball 2014 school year in September. FAMILY DAY Monday, February 11th is B.C. Family Day! There is no school for students that day.

Early Dismissals on Feb. 5th and Feb. 6th On Tuesday, February 5th and Wednesday, February 6th we will be holding our Student-Led Conferences. In order to help accommodate these we will be hav- ing one hour early dismissals on those 2 days.

Students will be dismissed from school at 1:45pm on both Feb. 5th and Feb. 6th.

More information on the date and time of your child’s Student Led conference will come home on Friday. If I was a lizard, I am a snowflake, I am a Guitar, I could drop my tail, I am small, I wait, And it would grow back, I am white, I hope someone will play with me, I could live peaceful, I fall and become I wish I was a in a band, I could be a famous Telus lizard, Snow. I would sing a song called ‘Mad I could be the world’s most venomous (Bria, grade 4) Cows.’ lizard, (Ava, grade 3) But, I am Tamrin, And that is enough. I am a kind person, (Tamrin, Grade 4) I am a sister of three, If I could be a whale, I am a part of a family, I would dive deep, I am friendly to Others, If I could be a tiger shark, If I was a tree frog, I am smart, I would eat fish, I could swim under water, I am fast, If I could be a piranha, I could bounce, I am an artist, I would eat … well everything, I could climb trees, , But I am Maddox and that is I could jump from branch to branch, I am all of this. enough for me.
