Having worked in the hotel industry for 3 years as a waiter in Mumbai, Sunder LalTeli needed a worried about her children education, she had a dream to give best education to her all four children, but with present hint of motivation for him to lead a life that he had dreamt to make his own. condition and her family stature she couldn't do much. Twenty eight years old Mahendratried many times for government jobs but could not make it through probably Thirty years old HeeraLal was engaged with family carpentry works and working part time as wage labour because of his poor academics. Soon he started working as LIC agent on part time basis along with family before undergoing RSETI training. His father is a traditional carpenter and he is the only child of his family. His agriculture work. Though he was working hard he couldn't not able to increase his monthly income more than father was looking for some miracle so that his only son may stay at home and earn smartly. In mean time he Rs. 5000.00 per month. His father a retired army man (retired in 1996) was also worried about his eldest son's attended an entrepreneurship awareness event at his Naarsar Village “Gram PanchayatBhawan”, Bhopalgarh future. He has three sibling's two brothers and one sister. He always felt a physiological pressure to do block and got idea to start a carpentry workshop along with iron works at in his village. something more productive so that he could contribute to his family and make his parents proud, but there was nothing much he could think of. He enrolled himself for 30 days training program and learn the basics of the trades, process, costing, marketing, time management etc. and within four months of completion of training he started his own “Sri Vishwakarma In mean time he attended a village awareness event at his Rajlaani Village, Bhopalgarh block and got an idea to Furniture's and Welding Works” nearby his home in his village. Now he is the leading Carpenter and Welder of start a sand stone cutting business in his village itself. He enrolled himself for seventeen days training program his village and earning Rs.60,000 per month and has employed three persons. After RSETI training he got credit and learn sand stone cutter basics, process, costing, marketing, time management etc., he come out to be a linkage of Rs. two lakhs under PMEGP scheme through State Bank of Patiala, Bhopalgarh. Apart from his family good student and learn the whole process carefully. carpentry business he started welding works and earning smartly with job satisfaction.

Now as he was equipped with knowledge and skill and a new energy to start a venture. He soon convinced his father to invest in his idea and within one month of completion of training started his own and only sand stone cuttingunit of his village named “Shivnath Stone Cutter”. At present he is the leading bread earner of his family and earning Rs.50,000.00 per month, he has also employed two persons and trained them; with net income around of Rs. 30,000.00after deducting salary and other expenses, he is a proud man today and looking forward to grow his business. He feel great gratitude for ICICI RSETI which gave him an opportunity and confidence to start his own enterprise.

On a blessed day, as he says ICICI RSETI mobilisation team came to his various ongoing courses and their benefits and how they can start their own enterprise. As a hardworking and village and gave information about various ongoing skill development free courses. He got interested in Men's Parlour keen interest in mechanics Kailash join the Tractor repair course. Management course and enrolled himself in it right-away. In this month long course he learn the art of Hair cutting, and other traits related to this industry. This micro enterprise is giving him a steady income of Rs.15,000.00 per month after deducting salaries and other expenses.
