Časovno izhodišče (začetek 90-ih let 20. stoletja) postavi v družbenopolitičen kontekst razpada SFRJ in nastanka nove Države, katerega osrednja karakteristika je nastop novo oblečenega kapitalističnega sistema. Avtorica jih predstavi in opredeli v medsebojnem razmerju idej, pobud in aktivnosti ter v razmerju do »klasičnih« anarhističnih idej in delovanj v svetu. Anarchisms in Slovenia between 1991-2008 through the story of (A)Infoshop): Thesis presents some of the anarchist freedom-loving ideas and practices in SFR Slovenia during years 1991 and 2008, through the story of (A)Infoshop. The timeline (beginning of the 90's of 20th century) is situated into the socio-political context of the disintegration of Yugoslavia and the emergence of a new State, with a main characteristic being the newelly dressed appearance of the capitalistic system. This is the period in which to the emergence of different anarchistic impulses of actors is recorded, but these are not always declaratively anarchistic, because they don’t Name themselves. They are presented and defined in mutual relation; as ideas, impulses and actions and also in relation to »classical« anarchist ideas and actions around the world. The thesis presents the local, regional and global reasons for the rise in anarchist ideas and how the modern anarchisms differ from past ones. By defining newer anarchist ideas, initiatives and practices the thesis aims to highlight the continuity with the actors of previous generations. These and their actors are the bearers of common Yugoslav experience in the fields of art, alternative music scenes and new social movements, which, to some extent, affected the design of new anarchisms. But they have occurred and are still occurring today, especially in light of social reality of the past twenty years. Anarchism is a response to the entrapment of human life in the State, the Capitalism, the War -- the Spectacle. Ključne besede: anarhizem, (A)Infoshop, kapitalizem, anarhistična teorija in praksa. VIRI IN LITERATURA .............................................................................................85 1. Nekatere bom podrobneje obravnavala, nekatere le omenila, drugi bodo ostali zunaj tega kolaža. Prostor (A)Infoshopa v tej nalogi predstavlja kolaž lokalnih, regionalnih in globalnih anarhističnih idej, pobud in praks. Kljub temu »v Sloveniji« določa nek ohlapen geografski in zgodovinski okvir, v katerem teče pripoved. 1 so vznikale od začetka devetdesetih let naprej, zato je treba najprej na kratko predstaviti tiste, ki so se zgodile že pred tem. 1.1.

CREATIVE FORUM 2019 LJUBLJANA CREATIVE CAPITAL UNITED CREATIVE CAPITAL UNITED OUTPUTS I am proud that Creative Forum Ljubljana has grown into an important regional platform for a lively and cross-sectoral exchange and action planning between creatives, entrepreneurs and policymakers. This is what we call Creative Capital United. At the 2019 edition of the forum, numerous new partnerships were established and new ideas born: between creatives and policymakers, and between creative hubs and entrepreneurs. Important policy recommendations were noted, many networks were expanded and others were imagined for the future. The inspiration was mutual and the effects multiple. Of particular importance are the outputs and the continuity of engagement. Slovenia is pleased about the continued joint support with the Union for the Mediterranean for the cultural and creative sector in the region. It is crucial to make it the pillar of the regional development strategy. I sincerely thank all the partners who made this forum possible and all the participants who made it successful. We hope to welcome you again to the forum’s future editions. Miro Cerar Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia The second edition of the Ljubljana Creative Forum provided us with inspiring discussions, expressing a sincere will to coordinate our efforts and boost the creative economy in the Euro-Mediterranean Region, unlocking its full force and fulfilling its potential. It is this gathering of stakeholders from the public and private sectors that helped us once again effectively outline the challenges and the critical success factors in the cultural and creative industries landscape: proper mapping of major actors, facilitating access to finance, developing platforms and forums for networking, exchanging best practices and lessons learned, and adopting multiple stakeholders’ approach are all elements of an enabling environment that we all would like to see in our Mediterranean region.

Andreja Kopač, Ida Hiršenfelder EXERCISES IN NEXUS Andreja Kopač Constructions of Internal Spaces According to Neven Korda “When you have nowhere to go, when you no longer care, you will come to us, for we are leaders without adherents.” Neven Korda Defining the language of visual artist Neven Korda is a curious task, for it seems as if his anchorage points were located in some kind of vector space, in which a sought-after relation could be put into different perspectives between the vector plane and the scalar product. Since these are two complementary planes, we can assume that one dimension is represented by low-resolution visual language with it peculiar perceptual effects, while the other dimension is determined by discursive space of special enunciability, whose basic unit is formed as the minimal function of meaning. The discursive plane that is conceived in such a way is established anew every time, according to the individual internal logic of the event, which is part of current social events as well as part of the individual state of the author’s consciousness. Every event (show/performance/installation) by Neven Korda thus acquires the status of a special plane of enunciation, which on the one hand “consolidates” the discourse of one, while on the other hand it establishes a different kind of gaze every time, and through this gaze it addresses the viewer and itself. The smaller this unit, the more immediate communication with the viewer becomes. The latter often includes various technical flaws and performative privatisms, which gradually become part of the visual spectrum of low resolution, which – precisely by means of its conscious errors – resists intended representation, unambiguous interpretation or polished form in every possible way.
