Note : For domino 9.0.1FP10, customers who already have the IMSA 2.0.2.x install package should install in this order: install Domino, then install IMSA, and finally install Traveler 10.0x or above. For customers who don't have IMSA 2.0.2.x, please contact support to request the required updates and installation instructions.

Client requirements : Microsoft Outlook 2013/2016/2019 (32-bit or 64-bit) on supported windows platform.

Note: These versions should come with the latest Microsoft Office Service Pack

Add-in Requirement : HTMO 3.0.0.0

• ID Vault enabled or User ID file to be imported to mail database.

• Enable SSL for HTTP

• Basic session authentication on Domino Web Engine

• A valid internet address, set in the user’s person document

• A valid internet password, set in the user’s person document. If your organization uses rooms that do not have internet addresses, then needs to specify valid internet addresses.

• A mail replica on the HTMO server. Note : If Home Mail Server and HTMO Server are different.

 Fresh installation of HTMO Server : You need to install the Traveler 10.0.x and above

 Upgrading IMSA to HTMO Server: You need to install the Traveler 10.0.x and above.

Note: Domino server version is 9.0.1FP10 and IMSA 2.0.0.x is not installed, then need to install Traveler 10.0.x and please contact support to request the required updates.

• Not required: By default, Traveler removes all of its notes.ini values if uninstalled. If you want the notes.ini values to remain in the event that you uninstall, set NTS_PRESERVE_PROPS=true in the server notes.ini.file.

Limitations :

. To Do items (Domino® Tasks) are not supported. . Journal, Note, and custom forms are not supported. . Access to modify Notes and Domino preferences is not supported. . Using native Microsoft Outlook X.509 encryption capabilities is not supported. . Reading encrypted mail while offline is not supported. . Cannot create or view attachments or embedded images in calendar entries. . Attachments in existing calendar entries are replaced with HTTP URLs that require a connection to your mail server to open. . Forwarded meetings and invitations do not function the same as when Microsoft Outlook is connected natively to Microsoft Exchange; information will be forwarded as email vs. a calendar entry. . Synchronization of meeting drafts is not supported. . Calendar entries cannot be encrypted or decrypted from Outlook. . Contact attachments are not supported. . Group contacts do not sync.

To troubleshoot issues where the user is unable to create a profile such as getting all or some red x-mark in the configuration process

• Ensure that the HTMO server does not have any network-related issues when configuring a profile i.e. Firewall/s or Antivirus/es are enabled. • Ensure that the Traveler servlet “https//[yourhostserver]/traveler” is reachable. For instances like this, Sync Service will have an X Mark.

• If Freebusy, Mail Service and/or Mail File is marked as X while “Sync Service is marked as checked, verify that the REST services have been enabled. Type the following URL into a browser https://[yourhostserver]/api to confirm if the Mail and Free busy services are in the list, and that the enabled property for each is "true".
