Catering Policies & Procedures 1) St. Joseph’s Home Care enjoys an International Reputation for QUALITY BANQUET CA- TERING. The following contains information and menu suggestions that will help you, with the assistance of our qualified professionals, plan a successful event. 2) Bookings and Deposits: Tentative bookings will be held for seven days, after that time they may be cancelled at the discretion of the St. Joseph’s Home Care. Clients with a tenta- tive booking will be given first right of refusal if another party requests to book the same date as your tentative booking. All bookings are subject to cancellation until contracts have been signed and the appropriate deposit is secured. 3) Guarantees: In order to keep costs and prices at a reasonable level it is imperative that the St. Joseph’s Home Care is notified of the guaranteed number of attendees 48 hours prior to the event. For functions occurring on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the guaranteed num- ber is required on the Friday; prior to the function, failure to do so will result in the billing the estimated number of people at the time of the original booking or the actual number of peo- ple in attendance whichever is greater. We are prepared to set-up and serve 5% above the guaranteed number. 4) Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of confirmed bookings is subject to the rental charges.
