1) St. Joseph’s Home Care enjoys an International Reputation for QUALITY BANQUET CA- TERING. The following contains information and menu suggestions that will help you, with the assistance of our qualified professionals, plan a successful event. 2) Bookings and Deposits: Tentative bookings will be held for seven days, after that time they may be cancelled at the discretion of the St. Joseph’s Home Care. Clients with a tenta- tive booking will be given first right of refusal if another party requests to book the same date as your tentative booking. All bookings are subject to cancellation until contracts have been signed and the appropriate deposit is secured. . 3) Guarantees: In order to keep costs and prices at a reasonable level it is imperative that the St. Joseph’s Home Care is notified of the guaranteed number of attendees 48 hours prior to the event. For functions occurring on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the guaranteed num- ber is required on the Friday; prior to the function, failure to do so will result in the billing the estimated number of people at the time of the original booking or the actual number of peo- ple in attendance whichever is greater. We are prepared to set-up and serve 5% above the guaranteed number. 4) Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of confirmed bookings is subject to the rental charges. In the case of short notice cancellation (48 hours prior to a scheduled event) cost charges may also apply. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to an- other function. 5) Menu Information: When selecting a menu choice please note that for each function the menu must be identical for all guests attending. Special dietary substitutes are available (in limited quantities) and must be arranged in advance of the function date and identified to the Banquet Supervisor at the time of the function. The menu selection must be submitted to the Catering office at the latest 2 weeks in advance, otherwise items selected cannot be guaran- teed. Should you require a menu selection not listed in our Catering Package, please consult with our Catering Office. A contract will be sent to you after all of the arrangements for the function have been made. We require a signed copy of your contract no less than 48 hours prior to the event. 6) Food Policy: All are supplied by our qualified Catering staff. Food from outside sources are not permitted on the premises. Our foods are prepared according to the contract- ed time. Delays in service sometimes affect the quality of the food served. For this reason and our desire to offer only the highest quality food service, it is imperative that the function starts at the scheduled time. 7) Pricing Policy: All prices are current and subject to change at any time without notice on bookings confirmed more than 90 days in advance of the function. 8) Payment Policy: Companies will be invoiced directly for their functions.
