Welcome to the 2nd Juha Hernesniemi Live Microneurosurgery Course in Zhengzhou, Capital of Henan Province, China May 27- June 1, 2018. The first day consists of lectures with international contributions, and the following five days includes 10-12 operations/day of microneurosurgery and endovascular procedures followed by discussions of the cases. The aim of this Live Course is to show through dozens of LIVE NEUROSURGERIES the most up-to-data techniques, to learn how to approach different situations and difficulties, all managed by some of the best experts in the world. The 1st Live course in December 2017 was attended by more than 400 participants. Excellent AV facilities make every operation transparent and show besides success also how experienced neurosurgeons react and perform in front of difficulties. This is a wonderful opportunity to see one of the largest hospitals in the world, and to learn the best techniques and understand the current concept of advanced neurosurgery in brain and spine.

During the live neurosurgery course, a total of 50-60 neurosurgical procedures will be performed by the following experts and professors Prof Akitsugu Kawashima , Prof Juha Hernesniemi, Bin Xu, Peng Zhang from Beijing Xuanwu Hospital, and experts and professors from Henan Provincial People’s Hospital on cerebral aneurysms, AVM, DAVF, arterial stenosis and occlusion of neurosurgery and endovascular intervention.

At the interval of the live course in the rest five days, lectures will be given by experts and professors at home and abroad including Bulang Gao, Xin-Yao Bu, Rong-Jun Qian, Chun-Xiao Ma, Bin Wang, Wei Zhou, Jian-Xin Wang, Suo-Cheng Guo, Qing- Hua Liang, Yong Wang,Hang Chen, Zhong-Can Chen, Wei-Xing Bai, Zi-Liang Wang, Liang-Fu Zhu, Guang-Ming Duan, Gung-Lin Zhang, Chao- Li, Jiang-Yu Xue. On average, six lectures will be given each day.
