To foster mentoring and research interactions between faculty members and students, in 2011 IGIER launched the Visiting Students Initiative, an innovative program to mentor undergraduate and master students. The initiative is organized around a few building blocks to endow students with skills that will be helpful in developing successful academic or professional careers in Italy or abroad. Description The Visiting Student position is for one academic year, renewable upon mutual agreement. Subject to space availability, Visiting Students are assigned desk space in the IGIER offices. Individual mentors chosen among IGIER’s scholars will supervise students’ research activities. Visiting Students are expected to actively participate in the center’s scientific activities

  • Most Attacks on PCR Tests Are Narrowly Focused on Technicalities, As If It Takes One Lucky Punch to Take out Drosten and with Him Knock out the Entire Pandemic
Most attacks on PCR tests are narrowly focused on technicalities, as if it takes one lucky punch to take out Drosten and with him knock out the entire pandemic. That's not only simplistic, but dangerous. Drosten is a tool. He did not concoct any of this, he is just executing what is being asked of him. Apparently someone convinced him that the West is done, and that he should try and save his own skin, and that of his partner and young child. I'm aware that many researchers, journalists and critics on our side have chosen to discard any and all conspiracy theories, as they call them. For the better part of 2020 they have chosen to attribute all of what's happening to incompetence, but when this position was no longer tenable they switched to attributing everything to coincidence. Hence the term "coincidence theorist": A person who believes that everything happens by sheer coincidence, there's no such thing as corruption, deceit or back room deals & mankind just "got over" the desire for world domination. But let's leave aside obvious coincidence candidates such as Event 201, and let's have a look how the pandemic actually started. More specifically, who started it, and when. Klaus Schwab is not a creative mind. The reason why most of his 4IR plot sounds crazy is because he just copy'n'pasted it from various sources he deemed hip and current at the time. A bit like an old fart trying to stay relevant by mimicking, in a very embarrassing way, what he perceives as being modern without understanding what it actually is, eg.

  • Who Was the Perpetrator?
International Journal of Social Sciences Vol. IX, No. 2 / 2020 DOI: 10.20472/SS.2020.9.2.001 CORONA - WHO WAS THE PERPETRATOR? BIRGER ANTHOLZ Abstract: Corona will infect tens of millions of people worldwide. Of these, more than a million will die by summer 2020, i.e. become victims of bodily injury resulting in death, i.e. a criminal offence. Up to now, the smallest links in the chain of infection have been punished, e.g. for violation of the distance rule. Would it not therefore be appropriate to ask about the real culprit of Covid-19? In early June 2020, the government of Australia and citizens in northern Italy (Bergamo) are demanding clarifications: who is responsible for the Corona pandemic? The most important explanations of the origin of the corona virus are presented and discussed. Have residents of the Shitou bat cave carried the virus to Wuhan? Did one of the two well-known Wuhan bat hunters bring it to the Wuhan Seafood Market? Is the zoonosis theory true, according to which a bat at the seafood market infected a pangolin that was then eaten by a human being? Was the Sars-CoV-2 virus developed in a biolab and then escaped through a lab accident? The plausibility of these explanatory theories is discussed. Keywords: Covid-19 origin, Corona origin, Sars-CoV-2, conspiracy theory, Shanghai line JEL Classification: I10, I19, I38 Authors: BIRGER ANTHOLZ, University of Hamburg, Germany, Email: [email protected] Citation: BIRGER ANTHOLZ (2020).
