Our idea was really rather simple: A place, where people from all over the world get in touch with Munich soil, some perhaps for the first time, this is precisely where we would like to welcome our guests and show them the genuine spirit of Bavarian hospitality. And wouldn‘t that be most easily done with a crispy roast on a rustic wooden table, and a glass of beer straight from the barrel?
