HORMONE THERAPY STEP-BY-STEP PART TWO Nisha Jackson, PhD The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Hi there and welcome. It is The Nisha Jackson Show. I'm Rusty

Humphries, and if you're watching you can see, well, Nisha's not here quite yet. We have kind

of an interesting, unusual-type show today. We're doing a three-part series of hormone

balancing. And I have, according to Nisha, have had my hormones completely out of whack.

Why do you care? Well, one of the reasons why is we're going through a hormone replacement therapy, or hormone — I don't know what the hell it is, we'll find ... heck it is, well

we'll find out from her. But basically, she's balancing my hormones, and hopefully, in the next few months, I will be looking and feeling better.

Rusty Humphries: What you're seeing now is part two, or listening to is part two, where we go into her office and go through the labs and actually install some testosterone pellets into my

hiney. First of all, here's what I can tell you. I've known Nisha for a long time. And normally I wouldn't do a show that's a little bit out of order or kind of tell you what's coming up like this

one. But I want you to know in advance that we did this particular episode about a week and a half ago from when I'm doing this now. And the difference in how I feel is unbelievable. It's amazing. I'll tell you all about that after we watch this and listen to this episode with Nisha

Jackson and me in the office.

Rusty Humphries: What is great about this is if you've ever thought about doing hormone

therapy, or a loved one, this is exactly what you go through. And you'll get to see it and watch it and hear it, and see what kind of goes into it, and see if it's the right thing for you. All I can tell you is I feel an amazingly amount of differences, does that sound right? I feel amazing.

And I feel a huge improvement in a very short amount of time. I'll tell you more about it at the end of the show, but for right now, let's get to it. I'm Rusty Humphries, let's go to Nisha

Jackson's office in Medford, Oregon, at the One Peak Medical Clinic.

Rusty Humphries: All right, so I'm in Nisha's office right now. Nisha's right here.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Hi!

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: How's it going?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: It's going good. I'm sending a text message right now.

What is great about this is if you've ever thought about doing hormone therapy, or a loved one, this is exactly what you go through.

— Rusty Humphries

Rusty Humphries: Okay. So, we just went through some of my labs, and we're going to do some ... We just did the show. You did the labs. Okay. We're back in the office now from the studio, and what do we have to do?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Okay. So today, we discovered on these six pages of labs — there's a lot of information here. What we discovered is that Rusty has more than one problem.

Rusty Humphries: Thank you.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: He has multiple issues. So, what we looked at is, we looked at the adrenals, which are the master glands, the stress glands in the body. And we looked at the

testes; we wanted to see what hormones are being produced from the testicular gland.

Rusty Humphries: My testes?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: You're testes, yes.

Rusty Humphries: Are they okay?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Isn't that a fun word to use?

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Yes.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And then we looked at the thyroid hormone levels. And then, of course,

some general chemistry levels and vitamin levels. He's batting a thousand here. He's low on

just about everything. So today, we're going to be doing many things. His testosterone level is low, so we're actually going to give him testosterone pellets. Those are little fused, bio-

identical, plant-based, testosterone pellets.

He's batting a thousand here. He's low on just about everything. So today, we're going to be doing many things.

— Dr. Nisha Jackson

Rusty Humphries: Now, is that going to hurt?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yes.

Rusty Humphries: Because you're going to like insert them, right?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yes. Yes.

Rusty Humphries: Oh, yes.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: No, it's going to hurt bad. No, no, it's not. I'm going to numb the area. It's kind of, it's going to occur right here in the upper buttocks. You don't have to show me.

Rusty Humphries: I just did that for my own benefit.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Okay. And then they're going to last six to seven months.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Oh, that's good.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Which is awesome.

Rusty Humphries: How many pellets am I going to need?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Well, we haven't determined your dose yet. The dose is very important

because it has to do with where your labs are, what your age is, also what your weight is. And

so, we're going to dose you — it's going to be at least 10 pellets.

Rusty Humphries: She's calling me fat again.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And then we're going to give him a vitamin D —

Rusty Humphries: How many pellets did you say?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: 10.

Rusty Humphries: 10?!

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yeah, but it's going to be fine. It's like a ... It's going to be fine.

Rusty Humphries: I mean, I've done it before; I got like three. 10?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Okay, well it's —

Rusty Humphries: Okay, I'll do it. But that's —

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Dr. Nisha Jackson: We're going to treat you the right way today to make you feel really good.

The great thing about the testosterone in the pellet form is that the levels will come up within 72 hours. You've used the testosterone shots before, and they weren't good for you because

you would forget, and your level would go up, and then it would go down, and you just kind of

cringed every time you get your shot, and then it hurt. So we're not going to do the shots.

We're going to do the pellets so that when you come up here and see me in Oregon every six

months, we'll just replace the pellets.

Rusty Humphries: Okay.

The greatest thing about what's going to happen today for you is that your — well, besides xing the testosterone, we're also going to x your thyroid because you've not been taking your thyroid medicine. That causes inammation. It's tied into the testosterone.

— Dr. Nisha Jackson

Dr. Nisha Jackson: The greatest thing about what's going to happen today for you is that

your — well, besides fixing the testosterone, we're also going to fix your thyroid because

you've not been taking your thyroid medicine. That causes inflammation. It's tied into the

testosterone. It's causing you to gain more weight because it's affecting your metabolism. So, we're going to fix that today. It's just a prescription, and you're going to have to be taking

this stuff, Rusty.

Rusty Humphries: I'm tired of taking pills, though.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: You're going to have to start taking it.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Okay.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: We're also going to fix your vitamin D level. I'd like to do a whole podcast

on vitamin D because there have been thousands of studies that have shown that vitamin D

reduces cancer, it reduces heart disease — actually significantly reduces heart disease. It

also is very important for your immune system and probably more important than the flu

shot. So, we're going into winter. Your level is only 17, Rusty.

Rusty Humphries: Ooh, and what's it supposed to be?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: It should be between 60 and 80.

Rusty Humphries: Okay, now the flu shot you just bring up. A lot of people are nervous about

the flu shot. They think that there's weird stuff in it. And so, you're saying maybe take more

vitamin D, and you won't need the flu shot.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yes. Well, I never got the flu shot. I don't know if I should be announcing

that, but I've never received the flu shot. I really don't get sick. But I do optimize my vitamin D

level. And taking just any vitamin D is really not the answer. We give a vitamin D shot in the office for the first time, but you can also just take a higher dose vitamin D. I like to

recommend about 5,000 international units (IU) if your level is low; 1,000 is not going to get

the job done.

Rusty Humphries: How much is one pill on that one?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: 5,000.

Rusty Humphries: Okay, so —

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And they're tiny.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: ... you only have to take one.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: They’re tiny. You can slug these things down.

Rusty Humphries: Okay.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And then the other thing that I think is going to be important for you is to

be able to give your body a little bit more support to manage stress. You have had a lot of

stress in your life in the past, which has suppressed your stress levels. Now, a lot of people

think, "Well, why would I want to raise my stress hormones?" But the stress hormones allow

your body to manage stress. You have a very low cortisol level. And you know, we've heard a

lot about cortisol, the dangerous of it being high, kind of like too much adrenaline.

Rusty Humphries: Right. It was saying to get rid of the cortisol. But now it's different?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Right. But what happens is people burn out after a while, right? They burn

out, they don't have enough get-up-and-go, and that's kind of where you're at. Your level is

only 11 on your cortisol, and it should have been about 18 at that time of day. It's almost half

of what it should be, so we're going to recommend that you take this supplement. This

supplement's called AM Stress. It's a natural supplement that boosts your adrenal glands,

your stress glands —

Rusty Humphries: Is there a PM Stress too?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yes, there's —

Rusty Humphries: Do I need that too?

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Dr. Nisha Jackson: There's a PM Stress. Yes, we're going to need that, too. Because what it

does is it calibrates the rhythm of cortisol, so you have good cortisol during the day. You can

wake up, feel focused, be on task, and manage stress better. And then the PM Stress cuts

the cortisol at night so that you could turn that brain, that busy brain, off and go to sleep. So

those are the two supplements I want you to be on to fix that problem.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And then lastly, well two more things actually, I want you to be on a B

complex drop. Now, the interesting thing about your B levels — we checked your B12, and it

came in at 1,144.

Rusty Humphries: Yeah!

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And that's really good. We want it to actually be above 800.

Rusty Humphries: So, I'm good. I'm way up there.

I discovered today, Rusty, that the reason why your B12 level is elevated is not because you're taking B vitamins —

— Dr. Nisha Jackson

Dr. Nisha Jackson: You're really good. But I discovered today, Rusty, that the reason why your

B12 level is elevated is not because you're taking B vitamins —

Rusty Humphries: Rockstar Energy Drinks!

Dr. Nisha Jackson: It's because you're using a Rockstar drink that has B12 in it. Okay, that's not a thumbs up. That's a thumbs down.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Why? It works.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Because we want to get rid of all the toxins in your body, and we can't do

that if you're drinking that garbage. So, we're going to give you a little B complex drop.

Rusty Humphries: Look at all these supplements you have here.

B12 and some of the other B vitamins are direct precursors to your brain chemicals. So in order to feel balanced from your mood and also to prevent anxiety and to help with things like chronic pain and cravings, you want your brain chemicals to be normal.

— Dr. Nisha Jackson

Dr. Nisha Jackson: I don't have it in here. But the B complex drop is going to go underneath

your tongue every morning. You can use it twice a day, and you will feel so focused with a lot

of good energy. You know, the interesting thing, Rusty, B12 and some of the other B vitamins

are direct precursors to your brain chemicals. So, in order to feel balanced from your mood

and also to prevent anxiety and to help with things like chronic pain and cravings, you want your brain chemicals to be normal. Well, you can't do that if you don't have enough B

vitamins. So we're going to fix that today, also.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: In summary, we're going to do testosterone pellets. We're going to do a vitamin D shot. We're going to do vitamin D capsules to have you take them home. We're

going to do DHEA, which is an anti-aging supplement you can take over the counter that will

also support your immune system.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Dr. Nisha Jackson: We're going to do the B complex drops that we just talked about. And

then we're also going to do a supplement called DIM, which for you will be good because it

will control the estrogen in your body. When the testosterone comes up, it will help control the estrogen not coming up with it.

Rusty Humphries: So, it will help me not cry in movies anymore?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yeah, it'll keep you being the man that you are, and even better. And then

lastly, we're going to go ahead and refill your thyroid prescription because your thyroid is low.

Rusty Humphries: Okay.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: So that's what we're going to do today, and I think we're going to have a

lot of fun doing it.

Rusty Humphries: Oh boy, can't wait.

In 72 hours, I'm telling you, you're going to feel like a dierent person.

— Dr. Nisha Jackson

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And you're going to feel amazing. In 72 hours, I'm telling you, you're going

to feel like a different person.

Rusty Humphries: Okay, let's do it. So what are you doing?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: I am opening up the pellets on my sterile field here, and we're getting

ready to put your pellets in. They come in these little sterile containers.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Show me what a pellet looks like.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: They look like — if you look, don't touch anything here. But look at my field

here. You can see those little pellets.

Rusty Humphries: You're going to put that in my butt?

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yep, those are going in your butt, and you're going to like it.

Rusty Humphries: Now, that's something that I've not heard before.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yep.

Rusty Humphries: Okay.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: It's not actually in your butt; it's just in the fat tissue above, you know?

Rusty Humphries: Oh, I got plenty of space then. All right, so she's getting it all ready. It's like

you're making dinner or something.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: That's right. All right. So these are dosed exactly the way they need to be

for you.

Rusty Humphries: Ten of them. Okay. She has now just told me all of the invasive things

she's going to be doing to my body. I've got shots coming up. She's going to start inserting

things. I have to bend over. I mean, take off my pants. I mean, I'm a little nervous now. Should

I not be —

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Okay, just ... You need to pull them down just a little bit. Right here, Rusty.

And then I want you to lean across the table like we just talked about. I'm going to give you a

vitamin D shot, 50,000 international units. That's going to help your vitamin D level, today.

Rusty Humphries: Okay.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: So, let's do that one first.

Rusty Humphries: Okay. And we're going to do this on video, too.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Okay, take your weight off of this leg.

Rusty Humphries: I'm a wussy.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: All right, well we're going to just give you a quick shot here. All right.

Rusty Humphries: I will say I've had other people give me shots. You were good. You're good

at that.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: We're going to give you one more. This is B vitamins.

Rusty Humphries: Why are we keeping the camera on my butt? That I don't understand.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: It also has carnitine and taurine in it, which are very important amino

acids.

Rusty Humphries: That one hurt more.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: All right.

Rusty Humphries: Is that one supposed to hurt?

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Dr. Nisha Jackson: That one stings.

Rusty Humphries: Okay.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yeah.

Rusty Humphries: Okay. These are not my tears. This is some kind of wet cloth.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: We're ready to put the pellets in Rusty. He has very, very, very low

testosterone levels. His free and total testosterone are very low. I have all of my fields set up here, and he knows exactly what's happening. We're going to numb the area first. We put the

pallets in this fatty area right here in his butt. So I'm just going to make a couple of lines here

to show where we're going to put them. But they're all going to go in this area here. The first

thing we do is we numb the area, which is kind of an important start to the pellets.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: So Rusty, you're going to feel just a little stick here. okay? And then we're

going to numb the area — kind of stings. Numbing medicine stings initially. And then I'm just

going to numb the tracks where I'm going to put the pellets in. We're going to put them in

three different tracks. You all right?

Rusty Humphries: Yep. I would like to say we are doing this on Halloween.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Oh yeah. This is no joke. This is no trick, right? This is all treat. So we're just numbing this whole area here. We use quite a bit of numbing medicine because we don't

want our men to feel anything. They're already pretty anxious about this procedure.

Fortunately, it's only twice a year that they have to have this, which is much better than giving

a shot once a week and having 48 shots a year. So now, we've numbed this whole area here.

We're going to clean it up, so we have a nice clean area.

Rusty Humphries: Notice all the jokes have stopped.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And then I'm just going to change gloves. The great thing about this

procedure for men is they're facing that way, and they're not watching any of this that's going

on here, which is kind of important.

Fortunately, it's only twice a year that they have to have this, which is much better than giving a shot once a week and having 48 shots a year.

— Dr. Nisha Jackson

Rusty Humphries: Because we would cry.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Well, it's just too much information, you know? So now, we just set up our

little pellets in the cup. We load all of these in, counting carefully to make sure we have the

right number. We're going to put 10 pellets in. That was dosed on his current blood levels and

also his weight and age and a few other factors like his symptoms and past medical history.

This is the trocar that we use to insert the pellets with. So we're ready to start. You okay?

Rusty Humphries: Yeah.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: All right. Can you feel that?

Rusty Humphries: Little bit.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Nothing sharp, right?

Rusty Humphries: Little bit.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: You're not supposed to say that.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Okay. Then no, not at all. It's great.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: If that wasn't numb, you would be coming off the table. This is the trocar

that we're going to put in. We're going to insert it, and we're going to go down this middle

track first. We're just going into the fat tissue. We're not going into the muscle. And we put

four pellets into each track. He only has 10 pellets, so one track will only get two pellets.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: You're going to feel them slide in, but you shouldn't be feeling any pain.

You okay? Rusty, you still with me?

Rusty Humphries: Yeah, I'm okay.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: I'm changing the direction of the pellets, but they're still going in the same track. You're awfully quiet over there.

Rusty Humphries: I didn't want to interrupt your flow.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Okay, then this is ... We put four in, so we're just going to go down to this

lower track here, pull the trocar out, change directions. We keep the cup here because we

don't want to drop any of these pellets, and it's a very small area to put them in. Still with me,

Rusty?

Rusty Humphries: I'm here. Trying to ignore you.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Maybe we should have Judy come videotape your face. We are more than

halfway done.

Rusty Humphries: Good. It doesn't hurt. It's just not fun.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Well, it's a very strange feeling. You feel the tugging, but not feeling the

pain is kind of important. Sometimes the tugging causes a little bit of anxiety, you know, just

feeling something in your skin like that. We only have two left, so we're going to go to the last

track now, which is right up here towards the top. And again, we're just going into the fat

tissue. The great thing about the pellets is that once they go in, your body develops

capillaries around the pellets, and so the testosterone is actually carried via the bloodstream.

The great thing about the pellets is that once they go in, your body develops capillaries around the pellets, and so the testosterone is actually carried via the bloodstream.

— Dr. Nisha Jackson

Dr. Nisha Jackson: All right, one more, Rusty, and then we are done. The testosterone goes

right into the capillaries and right into your bloodstream. So, it's much better than taking it

orally because it doesn't have to go through the digestive tract or a shot. And, it bypasses the

liver. This is a tincture of benzoin, and it just helps the Steri-Strips stick. And then the last

part is we're just going to put a Steri-Strip. This does not require a suture to close it. See how

pretty that is?

Rusty Humphries: Thank you.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: I actually put two Steri-Strips on since we went into three tracks. Like

that. The last part is we're going to cover it up. The Steri-Strips are going to on for about

four to five days, and then you can peel them off. And then we put a little waterproof

dressing on top of that. That stays on for at least 48 hours, and then you can peel that off.

We're going to give you an ice pack to put in that back pocket. And we're done.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Yay!

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yay! Testosterone levels will go up at 72 hours, and he's going to feel like a completely different person.

Rusty Humphries: Get out of my way, I'm now manly, I can feel it.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: All right, so we're concluding the visit with Rusty. He is going to be a new

man. New man. We're fixing —

Rusty Humphries: Yes, here's my ice packs.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: ... all levels. We just put the pellets in. We gave him his vitamin D shot. We

also gave him this B complex. We gave him taurine. We gave him carnitine. We gave him a

little bit of extra B12, so we can get off the Rockstar. And we put these pellets in him. You

can see the canisters here for the pellets. We put 10 pellets in him. And then he's also going

home with vitamin D. We gave him a shot, but we want his levels to stay up, so he's going to

continue to take vitamin D. He's going to take a liver support because the liver is the most

important organ in the body for detoxification. And we're going to give him these two

supplements that control cortisol. Get-up-and-go in the morning and turn your brain off at

night. The B drops — instead of Rockstar, we're going to give a B12. It's a B12 complex drop.

Rusty Humphries: Now, would that make it, if I dropped some of that into my Rockstar —

Dr. Nisha Jackson: No, no, no.

Rusty Humphries: ... would that —

Dr. Nisha Jackson: We're aborting the Rockstar. Termination of Rockstar happens now.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Rusty Humphries: Actually, I'm looking forward to — you've got a drink coming out.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yes. We have an energy stick that's coming out, so we're going to talk

about that.

Rusty Humphries: All right, I'm looking forward to that.

You're going to wonder why you didn't come up here 10 years earlier.

— Dr. Nisha Jackson

Dr. Nisha Jackson: And then the last supplement is the DIM, and the DIM is to help control the estrogen because now you're going to have optimal testosterone levels. We want to

control the estrogen. And so that's what you're going to start out with. You're going to be —

really, you're going to be a new man. And we're going to control the diet because we got to

get that glucose level down, Rusty. It's a little frightening. But we're going to change the diet

and get you on an anti-inflammatory diet, which all of these things are going to work

together, and you're going to wonder why you didn't come up here 10 years earlier.

Rusty Humphries: Okay, I'm excited. And then a quick trivia thing. So, this is a picture of New

York, and I was just noticing, if you liked the TV show Friends, you zoom in … this is the

building that the Friends are supposed to live in. Look at that. Think of Rachel and Monica's

room. That's where the fat naked guy lives. And they're probably in a little bit there. So just a

little trivia. Why do you have New York? Just because it's a cool picture.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Yeah, it's a cool picture.

Rusty Humphries: It is a cool picture.

NishaJackson.com The Dr. Nisha Jackson Show: Hormone Therapy Step-by-Step Part Two

Dr. Nisha Jackson: It gives people something to look at when they're getting pellets put in.

Rusty Humphries: It does.

Dr. Nisha Jackson: Just saying.

Rusty Humphries: Okay. So that was the appointment I had with Nisha in the office. And I got

to tell you, it's been about a week and a half, and the change has been incredible. I'm not

done. I haven't lost a ton of weight, yet. What I can tell you is I had a real hard time getting up

in the morning, right? So far in the past week and a half, I've been ready to go. The other thing

that I've found amazing is I normally would just kind of choose whatever I wanted to eat,

maybe something probably not as healthy as I should have eaten. I can almost feel my body

telling me better things to eat. I'm not having to eat as much. Sugar has gone ... I've cut it by

90%, and it's not like I'm sitting around going, "Well, I better eat the way she said." I've kind of

just been seeing how my body reacts, and it's just been incredible.

I can almost feel my body telling me better things to eat. I'm not having to eat as much. Sugar has gone ...

— Rusty Humphries

Rusty Humphries: So all I can tell you in the past almost two weeks that what Nisha has

done and told me to do, and the supplements and the injections and the hormone

replacement or hormone therapy, has been nothing short of incredible for me. So, if you want

to check it out, you really should. We're going to go through more of the labs and stuff the

next episode for this three-part series on hormone replacement step-by-step. I'm Rusty

Humphries for Nisha Jackson, and this is The Nisha Jackson Show. We'll see you next time.
