Yarn: 6 (7, 8, 8, 9, 10, 11) skeins Sunday Knits 3 ply (246 yds / 225 m per 50g skein): Brigadoon (100% merino tweed), Eden (100% merino), Nirvana (92% merino 8% cashmere) or Angelic (75% merino 25% angora). Shown in Brigadoon stone.

Needles & Notions: Size 4 US / 3.5 mm needles; tapestry needle; stitch markers; up to thirteen 9/16 " / 14-14.5 mm .

Gauge: 25 sts and 34 rows = 4" / 10 cm in stockinette stitch; 21 sts and 39 rows = 4" / 10 cm in seed stitch. Over the course of the garment, the pattern stitch and the corresponding gauge will contract and expand. The 30-st pattern repeat will equal approximately 4¾" / 12 cm at hips, 3½" / 9 cm at waist (pattern rows 55-110), and 4" / 10 cm at chest.
