E4 The Stockholm bypass – Förbifart Stockholm – is a new route for the European highway (E4) past the Swedish capital.
The new link, Stockholm bypass, will connect the southern and northern parts of the Stockholm county and relieve the inner city from traffic.
The new route will be 21 kilometres long, of which 18 kilometres will be under ground.
Where? Huddinge, Stockholm, Ekerö and Sollentuna municipality, Stockholm county.
When? 2015-2025.
